Yeah, grinding levels in the older games are so much more difficult than the newer ones. I’m low-key happy they changed it, although it does make the games easier.

It really works, yo can l leave it farming when yo go to bed, that's what I do an it really helps me, I had my Gastly at level 15, +6 hours later Gastly lvl 41

@@Darwin0831 you should leave your pokemon to the grandparents after the giant forest, and spend money. If you go only the 4th city and only walk, your pokemon in your team won't level up

You have to continue walking without hitting any walls. Therefore I use the gym where it teleports you back and repeats in a loop. Then just leave it be for a couple of hours. It should work.

That’s fine, to each their own. I do admit I was going darker than intended but the old school Pokémon got quite dark as well at times and that was the vibe I was trying to recreate.

Yes it does cost money, but if you have enough it’s a neat trick 😁

Awesome! One tip, do make sure you have TM’s heartscales ready since Pokémon are taught new moves in the daycare during some Lvl ups.

Depends on how many lvl’s you want. I left it on for an hour because I didn’t need too many lvl’s yet. It’s probably smart to EV train your Pokémon first before dropping them at the daycare though, if you care about competitive battling.
