In May 2023 we drove the Ha Giang Loop in Nothern Vietnam, an amazing experience that we will never forget. We started off taking a Mini-van that took us in around 6 hours from Hanoi to Ha Giang. We visited Prachuap Khiri Khan that is located 4 hours south of Bangkok. We wanted to visit the Ao Noi Temple just outside the city. The drive to the temple takes you along beautiful ocean roads and we found a cute little café right at the beach of Ao Noi. We visited our favorite temple again outside Thap Sakae, the less known parts of Thailand. It was just the 2 of us, the temple dogs and 2 monks working in the garden. For anyone looking for less touristy parts of Thailand.
Market Village in Hua Hin has a fun food court and good stores. It is well worth a visit and you can park a scooter in the basement. Rent around 250 baht/day depending on type. 🎉

Hello and Thank you! We took a minivan taxi from Hanoi to Ha Giang where we rented by ourselves from a local rental shop. We went to 3 different places and tried the bikes before we found the right one. We rented the Honda WinnerX which did a good job around the loop (with 2 people) even if it was a little small for a tall driver. It was a memorable and amazing adventure. Well worth it!
My son, grandson and I did a 6 day north central trip with Flamingo Travel out of Hanoi. Excellent bikes and personal, highly recommended.

Hej! The internet has been good in the places that we have rented before. But I would check with the owner of the place you're renting, to make sure. We know there are more people combining working online during their stay. Thanks for your comment.
