ATER the SNAKE REMOVAL HERO ARRIVED IN HIS BRIGHT GREEN JEEP...
Holding a snake probably for the FIRST time, EVER. Neighbor friend Jeff taught me how to handle snake and assured me not to be afraid. The snake was actually quite friendly as shown with next door neighbor Christine. We all let him go in the WASH area behind our home. The same SNAKE visited our friend up the street a few days later. There I witnessed the snake crawling STRAIGHT UP A WALL on that day. Ohhh...OHHH. oh.
Also, this video preceeds me trying to STOP TRAFFIC at our street TURN for a SNAKE TO CROSS. I won't tell you what the asshole in the pick up truck DID to the poor snake just trying to cross the road. :(
Breath of LIFE RULE: BEFORE GOING OUTSIDE, ALWAYS STOP TO LOOK BOTH WAYS & PROCEED WHEN ALL CLEAR WITH CAUTION. Learned in Traffic School taught by our good friends the Grossman's. This has SAVED OUR LIVES MORE THAN ONCE especially at STOP LIGHTS WHEN LIGHT TURNS GREEN. TAKE A BREATH.... Thank you.
ESPECIALLY GOOD RULE IN SNAKE COUNTRY. Our neighbor across the street was BIT on her big toe when stepping outside her front door. Good thing it was only a BULL SNAKE when the Fire Department came to relocate the SNAKE. YIKES, scary especially when it is soo dark out there. Can breath a little easier and SAFE in the winter when they HIBERNATE. But the SNAKES are OUT (so watch OUT) as soon as it reaches 60 degrees.
