Boulangerie Raphaëlle - Documentaire
Dans ma carrière, j’ai toujours cherché à raconter des histoires humaines, des histoires vraies, des histoires de quartier. Mon premier grand projet portait sur un éboueur à Knokke-Heist, en Belgique. Le deuxième était consacré à la navigation, et le troisième à la boulangerie Raphaëlle, une boulangerie où je vais chaque semaine, située dans ma rue. C’est là que j’ai acheté mon premier sandwich après mon déménagement. Cette boulangerie m’a accueilli à bras ouverts pour réaliser une vidéo, avec l’aide précieuse de mon ami venu spécialement de Belgique pour filmer, bénévolement.
Sébastien et Priscilla, les propriétaires, sont des personnes incroyablement gentilles et accueillantes. Ils m'ont chaleureusement ouvert les portes de leur établissement, me permettant de filmer dans les coulisses. Merci d’être présents dans le quartier, Seb. Sentiment partagé avec mes anciens collègues quand je bossais en boulange... Toutes ces heures, ces contraintes horaires, subir les caprices de certains clients, pour au final peiner à s'en sortir... Un peu le choc des cultures quand on parlait avec les "anciens" du métier, qui ne comprenaient pas notre découragement, mais ne voulaient pas non plus voir la façon dont le métier avait évolué. Merci pour ce petit documentaire et pour le témoignage de ces deux artisans !
