Scrambler Ducati Termignoni Fly By Sound

The Termignoni makes this bike! It's obnoxious, fun and a little hooligan. GoPro Hero4 Zoom H2N. *This sounds best with headphones*
2014 Ducati Diavel - Long Term Thoughts
Переглядів 95 тис.9 років тому
I've owned the Diavel for over 6 months and I have learned a few things about the bike that I didn't pick up on my very excited test ride. This bike is fun, comfortable, powerful, and looks and sounds like sex.
Ducati Diavel full Termignoni sound - High quality audio! (No phone recording!)
Переглядів 42 тис.9 років тому
The first minute is just the sound over some random footage and after that is proper bike riding footage. *Sounds best with headphones* I bought a new bike! A Ducati Diavel that I decked it out with a full ceramic coated Termignoni exhaust system. I felt like bragging a bit so I recorded the awesome sound that this bike puts out. Even with a good recorder this doesn't come close to matching the...

2014 Ducati Diavel Test Ride
Переглядів 23 тис.10 років тому
I'm on Facebook! dapperdarnz Like and subscribe for more bike shenanigans! It's upgrade time! That means I'm going to be test riding a shit load of bikes in the near future. I thought that going to my local Ducati dealer would be a good place to start. The dealer convinced me that I should test ride the Diavel and also brought out his personal Monster 1200 with full Termignoni syst...
I have the same year model. Have owned 30 to 40 bikes, from dirt bikes to GSXRs. And like you, I put up with the little things because it is such a cool, great, and fast bike. I haven't even considered selling it.
cool review, had me smiling as i watched, and looking forward to getting my 2012 Diavel !!! can't had to give it ia twist.
Can this be a first bike.?
Go straight to the top. A home run without worrying about using the bases. A wicked bike. And cool as you would ever need.
Would this be a good bike to start on?
Yes, IF you are smart and cautious. It accelerates at one G. It fits me like a glove. You need brains not experience.
My Goldwing does 100 kmh at 2,000 rpm
You talk too slow. More info, less time wasting. Professionals don’t have time to waste. I don’t want to watch you cruise around, we ALL have bikes and ride.
Is it stock exhaust? What’s ur opinion on exhaust note ?
Ozzies 😂
So 7 years later, did you ever change that front sproket?
Have 2015 red carbon… just like looking at it in the garage…. It is definitely more of a power cruiser than a naked sport bike. No wind until about 120 MPH, great torque.. Diavel makes any road fun but my Tuono feels much faster and better in the twisties….
thank you youre the first to say it cruiser it is not muscle bike it is vibrations are its essence !
Cool video won't get ride of mine ever ,even 5yrs later best bike ever
Hi Mate, I’m in Perth, just bought a 2013 Diavel Stripe. Do you still own your Diavel? If so It would be great to catch up for a ride 👍🏻. We have a holiday house in Albany also, good place to ride.
Great review Darnz, cheers mate. I picked up the same bike a couple of weeks ago, 2014 gen 2. Just getting to know the beast. Not sure if you still monitor the video comments, wanted to ask what wheels you have fitted, as a they don't look like stock.
Anyway i got to life/ride with the diabolo in hell planet.......also why not this bike........its reality !
I am getting mine soon
Do you still have it? Has it been reliable ?
Mine, with a service every year (I don't do big kilometers). It has never had a mechanical problem. And it's over ten years old.
Lol funny as fuck!! Good review
Looking at buying one now think I’m gonna go for it
New one has olins
Hey mate. Can you do a test ride on the 2021 Devil s quick shift an more
Bro.... you do realise both the front forks and the rear mono shock are fully adjustable... at a turn of the knob...literally! Also on the pillion seat, every single passenger Ive ever had on my 2014 (had it since new) has remarked that it is hands down the most comfy pillion ride they've had, and believe it or not with my missis literally having an orgasm just sitting there on one particularly amazing ride soooo..... its hard for me to draw any negatives regarding the Diavel pillion seat ...lmfao!!!! Anyhoo.... enjoy ya ride bro ....stay safe and stay upright !!! Chur
Yea mate I tried all sorts of different settings with the suspension and even had the Ducati mechanic dial it in to what he thought were the most suitable settings. Those front forks were just rock hard! Haha I can only pass on what my wife said about the pillion and she didn't like it compared to the other bikes she's been on. Thanks for your comment!
@@TheDarnz 😎
Just bought the strada version after 3 ‘nice’ BMWs, last one the S1000 XR which is quick..but the Diavel is so much more at mid range and handles so well. Great to hear about the vibrations being normal, I thought the bike was misfiring, great to hear I’m not the only one to struggle moving up to 5th or 6th...unless you are in 3 figures (mph) ..thanks mate, great video
How many km’s you getting to a tank?
I noticed the same gearing issue with my 796 monster, almost NEVER used 6th. Once I changed the front and back sprocket it changed completely. I'd recommend going down a tooth at the front with ANY Ducati, seems to make them happy
funny, i use to do security at the lord forest, disco bunbury back in 1991 lol..
I swapped from Vmax 17ü0 to the Diavel last weekend - first time I swapped with my buddy. What can I say... we both were happy to be back on our bikes. I am used to light weight nimble bikes as well (I have a SV650 as third bike) so I could handle the Diavel whereas my buddy was totally overdone with the weight and size of the Vmax. After that trip he said that it was brave of me riding the Diavel. I said no, it was brave of me giving you the Vmax. The only mode the diavel behaves like I expect from a bike with 150+ hp is in sports mode and there it is useless to go below 3500 rpm The Vmax pulls from 1500. Even 50kph in top gear (5.) is possible. That is the cruising part of the Vmax. If you go beyond 4000, the Vmax accelerates as hard as any superbike, that is the superbike part of the Vmax.
Get to the friggin point man' yaawwwwn!!
7:59 hahaha, yeeee haha
Not a huge motorcycle guy but since I've been looking at getting a diavel ... This is the first review out of very many where I just loved listening to this brotha .. I mean fuck... This dude gets what people wanna hear ... His review alone sold me on this bike... You should do reviews on cars my man.
i admire your taste in italian bikes
Riding while kangaroos are free to jump into my path?
Do you still have the bike? Still love it? Update video?
Great video, just ordered mine for my Diavel Dark - cannot wait!!!
Sell it and buy a scooter if you only ever do 100kph.. you are too scared of the coppers to use it..
Hello :) I rarely comment on anything but here I must say: Please make more of these videos. You have a beautiful bike in a beautiful country with nice roads and scenery and your voice is calming. The fun you are having is actually coming through the video. I wanted this bike for some time now but after your video I really want it :) Keep up the good work. Trust me if you enjoy doing this you would sky rocket as a youtuber and I would gladly subscribe if you'd make content more frequently. Cheers and have a great day :)
Good review.
Have you ridden a XDiavel? Which do you prefer?
Absolutely loved the review! Thank you for sharing the experience
"Slew tha fook dooooown ya' deeeeeeck...!" Hahahaha great man nice charisma and a welcome break from the stiffs here in the land of apple pie and vanilla ice cream..... Totally subscribed, also considering the Diavel or the MT10
great video mate ! , lolz all round did yu end up buying one ? & are you in aussie? how mUch it going for? Leaan forr dayyz!! haha
take the baffles out dude.
Baffles in and it's still stupidly loud.
If it doesn't like being below 4,000 rpm, what's the point of it? It's supposed to have lots of low-down torque? Or is this the old model? I thought they'd sorted the low-down lugging problem. How does it pull from 2,000 in top gear? I don't see how with an engine of 1200 cc upper revs performance and low-down pull need to be mutually exclusive. My B-King revs like mad, but will pull out of a roundabout in 6th gear at 1,000 rpm if I want.
The point of it is to go fast! The torque doesn't really kick in until 4500rpm. Drawback of using a superbike engine in a road bike I guess. The low down lugging has been sorted with the new XDiavel's variable valve timing engine but this engine doesn't have that. It doesn't pull from 2000rpm at all! The bike would be shaking itself to pieces and probably be close to stalling at rpm that low!
23 degrees C is about the temperature where a human feels comfortable...what australians say: "its chilly"
how much this exhaust
+M Andika Maulana About $3000 in Australia
+The Darnz install yourself or have to have someone do it? I want to get full termis for my Diavel but $3000 or more plus install might be a deal breaker.
I had them installed by the dealer. Install was free though as part of a deal Ducati were running at the time.
best narrative on any vid iv ever watched lol, you sir have a new follower👍 ill be gettin one of these bad boys very soon.
Any problem with parts falling off?
+jitterball No. No problems at all from my bike.
That's good then, ride safe:)
I did a ten things response to Downshift83 about my 2011 Diavel. Having the bike for five years made some things stand out like a sore thumb. Swapping coolant helps with the temp. Honda coolant from the dealer seems to work well. Drop a tooth on the front sprocket and you'll be pulling in sixth at 70kph. Also helps to retune with Tuneboy. I can ride down to 2500 rpm smoothly after Tuneboy. Stock fueling sucks to meet emissions and sound BS. Then again, maybe ditching the flapper valve in the exhaust also helped with my low end. Stock pillion is very wide, flat, and thin. No way to help that unless they wear padded shorts or get a different seat. I think they named it Diavel because the devil keeps nagging you to go faster Faster FASTER every time you ride it. Hellish fun.
my left ear feels lonely
How much does it cost?
+Nadee Tharanga In Australia: About $25000 for the bike. The Termignoni is about $3000.
it's a damn good & clear crystal video ... may i ask what camera it is ??! ... GoPro 4 ??! ...
+Gery Revandra Thanks mate! Yes I used a GoPro Hero4 Black for this video.
+The Darnz ah, i see ... does you use built in microphone or add on microphone ??! ...
