A couple of things here. 1) A home owner IS taxed on those gains through property taxes. 2) The shares Trevor is basing his point on are direct compensation for the shareholder's job.

Trevor, stay in your lane buddy. Levying a tax on an unrealized gain vs using net worth as a leverage for a loan are two separate.and not comparable things.

As a historical note, when societies begin robbing the wealthy you get a couple outcome, the wealthy will burry their gold so you have have it, or people will not pursue wealth ironically making inequality worse because only those allied with the state will have any wealth, just ask where the Russian oligarchs came from

As a native San Franciscan, it was good to see you two walk through parts of San Francisco. Knowing Johnny's background in the LA Wah Ching, I had hoped to hear Johnny talk more about the SF Wah Ching and other gangs that existed. But perhaps, the gangs weren't as interconnected as I thought they would be. LOL.
