I have this issue on my Subaru the distance between the radiator and the heat sensor for the clutch was a hair too far away to detect the heat coming off the radiator properly. Figured this out cause if you put pressure on the back of the fan pushing it towards the radiator it will engage fine. Going to tighten everything down and hopefully that fixes it.

Anyone know how many miles we can drive like this? I want to get back home and I'm looking at 1200 miles

Hi, I have a volvo d13 2017 truck, which has the code P107538 coming up. Sometimes, it says that 'neutral is not secured', and the truck is unable to move forward, and it and says to check the transmission at the next stop. What could be the reasons for this?

It didn't work for a 2017 cascadia. All it did was give me a transmission warning and get my clothes and myself dirty. All the lights stayed on. Maybe for an older truck?

My problem looks just like yours fixed.I will check my lines tommorow there are atleast two hoses one on each end of the metal tube that runs across the underside of my radiator.Both are wet with oil or water.Going to soap spray them in the morning.

Where I work it is closer to a three hour process, we use a solvent tank to clean all of our bearings, washers, nuts and hubs from the old grease, and then pressure wash them on high heat, then brake cleaner wash the parts. Pack bearings with grease, fill hub partially with grease. We torque the nut while rotating to 200ftlbs, back off a full rotation and then torque to 50ftlbs. Back that off a quarter rotation and then use a dial indicator to hand adjust to .002 or less inches of axial movement.

Freightliner cascadia. during my driving my truck, it's happened suddenly the whole lights got off dashboard inside lights and outside lights and after 3 seconds back on its happens 3 times and I felt the truck engine about to shot down also. beside this when I'm not driving and engine off, I hear clicking sound for sometimes from the same place, the one you showed under the hood.
