I totally understand the inhumane situation in Israel and am totally against it. Eurovision though is meant to be a song contest not a political one. Israel never should have got booed at all. It's not this young woman's fault the atrocities of the war crimes going on. She's participating and representing Israel in a singing competition and nothing else should be brought into it.

As an Israeli - I kinda agree I agree that no country at war should participate but it includes both sides. Like Russia AND Ukraine. Simply bc it clouds people’s judgement about the singing and the actual performance and the actual reason for this competition and it just starting to be like a political competition so you vote for the country you vote in the war without even paying attention to the singing and performance
