I think that's the stuff that blew apart one of my skateboards that was hitting something out in front of the pool hall and I walked over and said let me hit it with this it's like a hammer he said no it'll break it I said that's all right will long story short it blew my skateboard apart up as far as two stories it came down a little pieces😮 it was this thing they used on the railroad to knock off the wheels and I guess they dissected it had a LED strip on it so you could wrap it around the track then they would run over it with the train cuz the wheel would be stuck and when does hit it there was a big bang and it blowed the wheel loose
