how do you bypass the 2 stroke oil injection?

What if the idle is extremely high now at random time with the bypass?

What do people use to seal the ridiculous "nipples" that screw into the underside of the fuel tank? I don't see anything in the manual for this boat anchor. I used teflon tape at the very very end of the threads but if gas touches that; it'll be useless. Also, you should call the police about whoever the previous owner was with that machine. If they're gonna put those absolutely unacceptable flamingflamerflames grips on their ATV; Who *knows* what else they're capable of! Scoundrels are everywhere, man!

What company did you use because I bought a new battery and it killed my car battery. So I removed it and put my old one back in and it started back up. Then I did research that you have to reprogram it? Did you have to do that? If not am I able to buy a battery that doesn't need reprogramming?

How much faster would you say it is now?

😅 my good guess man , na really tho P , pulse , aka vacuum to a diaphragm pump , a larger example of a chain saw or weed Wacker , pulls on the diaphragm and releases it therefore creating an pull as Long as there no leaking lines to lose said vacuum it splits at the petcock located in the frame near the fuel outlets on the bottom of the tank, (wish the petcock was on the Tank

At the top of the carb there's a nipple is that for vent for the diaphragm inside the carb?

This has helped me in so many ways fixing 400 on. Budget if I can just gravity feed it fuck the safety precautions if I flip and catch fire that's on me thank you so much

Thank you Dustin!! I was almost ready to resort to syphoning until I came across your post. I looked through the service manual for my 1998 400 Sportsman and crickets. Maybe I just missed it but I didn't see any thing in the service manual indicating this was the drain plug. Again, many thank for the post.

Question how much wiggle room do you subtract from your window mount measurement? Like 1/8? Homedepot subtracted way too much space so I want to cut my own too so light isn't coming through the edges.

appreciate you. the fuel line diagram is what i was needing clarification on, had 2 lines mixed up and you solved my issue.

Trailblazer 250, Scrambler 400 & 500, Sportsman, Trail Boss, all follow the same procedure. I had the exact same issue with my LH A arm. Inner rod was bent horribly, bushings were nonexistent. Heat it up until the grease boils out. I happen to have some rod stock the same diameter, so if I'm unable to straighten the OEM rod enough I'm going to attempt to make a new one. Center drilling and tapping rod stock is not fun or easy without a lathe, luckily I have several feet to use.
