Oh boy! Another ttrpg I'm never actually going to play!

Very surprised you where so negative on the Clone wars books, especially considering the compilation books score so well, and these act as compilation books for the Clone wars era. the Mass combat/squad rules have seen tons of use at my table, even outside the clone wars. The Jedi trees are super useful for an old republic game too, and are very fun trees. Not quite how I would rank the sourcebooks (though I broadly agree on the order other than Knights of Fate and the clone wars books being so low, and Dangerous Covenants being so high) but I think alot of that variation is just in how different people run their tables (half my oneshots use the mass combat rules in some form lol, and my last campaign was 30% vehicle combat). Would definitely be curious to hear more thoughts from you for how useful you consider the supplements overall compared to other Rpg supplements you have. I really like where these books sit in terms of usefulness broadly (though it would be nice if they where all as packed as Special modifications or Fly Casual), but Ive seen varying opinions on that. Towards the end you mentioned about reprints, and as far as Ive seen in interviews with Edge it sounds like their should be another round of reprints on the most popular sourcebooks, so hopefully you'll get another wave of views when/if that happens! Hope to see you rank the Sector Guides, I've been surprisingly impressed by lords of Nal Hutta and Strongholds of Resistance, and abit dissapointed with Nexus of Power, so I'm curious to hear another take on them.

I'm surprised you didn't mention the follower/apprentice portion. By far the area I thought was most interesting in the Gm chapter, and I really like (at least in concept, about to run a game that might use the mechnics soon) the idea of the "apprentice" as a kind of blank buff instead of a separate npc. I feel like it fits in well to how padawans are often portrayed in star wars stories where they are not the main character.

Do you buy your books locally or do you have a place online you are getting these. I find them hard to find and fully op is crazy expensive everywhere I can find it?

Fun fact on super mutants in the floor… A small percentage of them completely remember their previous life and the forced evolutionary virus makes everybody a neutral gender, so it is possible to have a super mutant who used to be an exotic dancer and remembers it. it would be absolutely hilarious to distract Raiders by pole dancing on a flagpole

One disappointing aspect of these sourcebooks for me is that the species are often not unique. For example, Gand are in the EotE Core Rulebook. There's so many Star Wars species out there, why double up?

One of my first characters for AOR was an Elomin Engineer/Sapper,a ton of fun! Made a Shistavanen Spy/Infiltrator and can’t wait to play him again. I also made a Kyuzo Seeker/Executioner.

We reference that book a lot lately while our group got into more ship focus events and hijinks. Also, the special tables in this and other expansion books that provide alternate advantage/threat results are especially good and allow for greater immersion for the events they are tailored to.

If any one is still having trouble with that chest right after you come up from that cone of light in the spike area with the grass you light the torch and that bird lamp falls down you follow that path in the video I hope it helps it’s the area just after you open that secret tunnel and go through the spike trap area
