I am a physics professor at Central Michigan University. My principal field of research is the study of electret polymers, but I also do astrophotography, with emphasis on large wide-angle panorama images, time-lapse photography and narrow-band imaging. I motorized the focuser of my 26 year old Vixen 8" f/4 Newtonian.
