The Best of Buenos Aires: Beautiful Buildings, Bars, Bookstores, and Brilliant Benefactors
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the street museum of Caminito, one of Buenos Aires’ most iconic attractions in the neighbourhood of La Boca. The colourfully painted houses are characteristic of the Italian immigrants who landed in Argentina at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries. The vibrant colours delight the eyes while the sounds and smells of nearby vendors tantalize the rest of the senses.

Finding Inner Peace On The Island Of Bali: A Transformative Journey in Ubud, Indonesia

It was mid-September 2017 and I would be getting on another plane in a little over a week. That flight would last far longer than the four hours I had just endured. Listen to the story for more. Surely zebras in South Africa can cross where they like? I mean, if they crossed at a zebra crossing you wouldn't be able to see them.

I don't know why you mentioned driving on the right hand side of the road as S Africa and New Zealand both drive on the left. I don't know of anywhere that tells people that they can just step into the road on an uncontrolled zebra crossing without first ensuring it is safe to do so, although I'm sure there is a country somewhere that suggests that it is ok to expect drivers to stop to give priority to pedestrians, probably somewhere where there is high trust or no regard for lives.

I mentioned driving on the right from my previous video about the US. In Canada, New Zealand, and Canada you can step out into a pedestrian crossing with confidence as it is part of driver training and the culture.

Surely if you were driving in a developed country you would adapt to giving way to crossings? Especially coming from South Africa, as they also drive on the left.

OMG I did the same thing when I recently drove in Japan for the first time in my life. I constantly talked to myself about what I was doing. I even sang the song, "To the left, to left...Be sure to keep the rental car to the left" to the tune of "Single Ladies". Great video and I'm glad you survived. LOL
