I found that mold was the problem. It was preventing the water from totally siphoning out of that area. I took the blue top off and the blue bottom off and totally cleaned it and now it works like it should. I was really surprised by how much mold had built up on the bottom peace.

Imo this is a scam. If you Ard buying it for this feature than don't. Soap stays in the line so it is impossible to empty it out. Mine always still has soap in the front seal it's not fully rinsing out. It's bad for your machine to use too much soap. I go not recommend
