Putting Foil Drive into your Go Foil board

Alex Aguera showing his new style of a Foil Drive board made specifically for the Gen 2 Foil Drive. The built in Cavity allows for far less drag from the battery and housing. Less drag means more time per session from your battery! The weight up close to your feet seems to help with leverage from the battery. Notice Alex likes the battery backwards and in the rear position to help keep the boar...

Old school ua-cam.com/video/OMI3u1sM5MY/v-deo.htmlsi=9zERW8e1IGorJPAF
I’d hate to fall into this kite and get tangled in those lines
What size parading are you using? Looks like 20 kts or more?
So much fun ua-cam.com/video/OMI3u1sM5MY/v-deo.htmlsi=PwgYW6HZkP8fWARA
The obvious progression. I had this vision last year. Lets see who will make something with minimal lines and a quicker stow away / deployment system.
Looks like that control bar could be wider. Such a great concept though.
Interesting. You went Back Knee up first unlike a Wing where you traditionally would bring your Front Knee up first. Was this done on purpose and if so what is the advantage of Back Knee first?
Good on ya karla .Great job learning so fast and thanks for sharing your experience you r an inspiration realy .
Smokin’‼️ 🏄🏻♂️ 🌊
Wow! He looked awesome! Atta boy Johnny!!
Good o ya Johnny, man you were flying 🤙👌😀
Thank you Alex, Karla and the rest of the crew. I can see now that downwinders can be done with the right setup. That was great footage. What size was Karla's board? Thanks, Don from Texas.
Karla was riding a 6’4” maybe 105 liters . She says it is easier for beginners!
I love that P1125-Ha! I use it in Long Island waves. It just keeps you gliding so easily. What size board are you using there Alex? I’m interested the GoFoil boards? The SUP version that you’re using.
Bravo, my wife still has not fly with my efoil, you have no fear and good for you. You will do it in 2 weeks. Don’t go on small wing , keep learning your feet position and also check the Sup technic about knees . It helped me so much to balance. It s like doing snowboard. Continue you will be great
Well done! It took me a while to be comfortable riding in some of that choppy stuff you are in! 🤙
Finger Blaster
Great idea for a video. Thanks for sharing.
Well done Karla! Can't wait to see more of your journey :)
Karla The video is outstanding! You have a great way of explaining your thought process and how to get the most out of Foil Drive. Your board is pretty sweet, too! Great job, Alex, of getting the Gen 2 base out of the way. Please keep posting your Foil Drive DW journey.
Dude rips!!
Yeah!...GoFoil!...😂😂😂
Looking good!
Apparently, you appear on a world stage, but a minority of viewers follow and watch you. Your number of viewers will increase significantly very soon, and this is due to the fact that you are able to approach the performance capabilities of a traditional surfboard. The name of the game in your field is photography. As in the Olympics, what matters is the ability to bring spectacular photos to the viewer on a couch in England, and you lead a huge industry of potential viewers. The long-awaited change like in the iPhone will come in an extremely light weight of the surfboard and swords. The spectacular photos, the acrobatics will also bring you to the surfing pools on the artificial waves - where it is easy to produce spectacular video content. Good luck.
Yewwww John!!
killin it! 🤙
Wow some serious shredding going on with the crew! Beautiful carving on that RSX 825. Is that what most guys were riding?
Wow, thanks for the look inside. What great riders, thanks for all the A/B testing

Go Lance!
HI! and congratulations! you're inspiring me! Is your foil configuration GL180 and flat tail 18"? Greetings and thanks
Nice Save @ 57 Thanks for posting!
Автономный. Каееффф..
Yeah leleo! Killing it bro. When will you be back in O'side? I'm to old to learn so I'm going to drop the cash and get an E- foil so I can experience flight. Hit me up if you're going to be coming back in town.
How many meters are those wings?
8’s
Great video to show various Stages of the Learning Curve. Copied to some of my Beginner Wing Buddies ;)
Yes, it is not all about people doing fantastic things while foiling on foils that most people cannot ride anyway. Brands need to show all stages of foiling and make user friendly foils for the earlier stages of learning that cross over to still be used once you learn too . We try to do that with most of our foils.
Looks like it would be fun once you got the hang of it
Would like to know what you guys are riding and what the wind conditions are in these videos.
We are testing a new foil with a 20” FTL in about 10-18 knots of wind. Pretty small bumps and slow moving as well. You don’t need super fast foils when the water is moving slow. Easier to ride for long periods of time when you foil goes the same speed as the bumps. If your foils are too fast for the bumps, you have to work extremely hard pumping to keep your speed up and eventually will have to drop off foil
Alex always bringing the wind with him to Florida 💨
Haha Lance! Yeh, getting lucky again!
Malico 280?
Not easy .so cool
