Makes more sense than a triangle with a Dwarf prince, actually. Although I like Tauriel and Kili anyway. I don’t think Thranduil would banish Legolas for Tauriel, though. That’s a bit much for merely marrying a commoner while most of the Elves are sailing West, out of Middle Earth. Where is he going to find a Sinda to marry?
