09-14 F150 V6 3.7L NA fuel injector diagnostic test with multimeter. Codes P0306 P0206
After noticing that my truck started running rough and missing I had the guys at the auto parts check and I was getting codes P0306 and P0206. cylinder 6 misfire and injector circuit /open cylinder 6. I was able to track the problem to a bad fuel injector causing a misfire. I replaced the coil and the plug before figuring it out and so I post this video with the hopes that it helps you diagnose and maybe fix your own vehicle rather than replacing parts and seeing if that fixes it. Live and learn. Here's a great video of a guy pulling the fuel rail on a mustang with the same engine.

Keep wiggling it and pulling? Maybe spray some lubricant like WD-40 in there and see if that helps.

Bummer, sorry to hear that. Which items? I called around and got the used tailgate at a junkyard type place...Dremel tool and random hand tools available at all hardware stores
The T30 bit will be available at an automotive supply or hardware store too
Unrelated question as my inverter radiator is damaged, does that look like something one can replace easily at home? The dealership wants $600+ for labor
I don't have the vehicle anymore, so I can't say for sure, but I would guess that it would not be too difficult as it's in front of the main radiator and I don't think you would need to remove any other parts(beside maybe the horn or something) to get to it...

Thanks for your reply. The other end is not connected to anything. I'm assuming it was discarded by a line man. Where I found it in my yard, it was well blended in with some vines

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they both use the pink super long life coolant.
Curious as to why you did this? Was it just to make the video? I've never heard of this ever needing to be done on these vehicles.
Yeah, it probably wasn't necessary, but it's recommended maintainance at 100,000 miles, so I figured better safe than sorry.
So I’m kinda wondering if you might have better luck with a hairdryer- I’ve never used this kind of tape before (so this comes with many grains of salt) but I know even the lowest setting on a heat gun is going to be hotter than a hairdryer. Similar thing happens to me when I’m removing stickers with a hairdryer and I leave it on too long 🤷🏻♀️. You know what, better yet, don’t listen to anything I say and ask the manufacturers. I have read reviews on this that say it removes quickly and cleanly so I think it can be done. Hope that’s helpful...

It's a common mistake in carpentry to cut something exactly an inch shorter than you intended to. When that happens we say, "You inched it!"

No, they are separate. Each has its own radiator.

Nice, very informative, did you put car in maintenance mode while adding coolant so that engine continuously run without taking over by battery?
Thanks, no I did it without running the vehicle when the plugs were removed. I think because of this I only got 3/4 of the fluid out, which I think was quite adequate for my purposes, given that the old fluid still looked very clean. No problems 10 months later.
Is it normal for the coolant reservoir to boil? Mine does but I'm not sure if its normal.
Are you sure it's boiling? In mine it moves around a lot because its being circulated. I'd say no, though that it's not normal. Do you have this same car?
@@artmatthew1 I have a 2006 Toyota Highlander, around 3:59-4:49 of your video, my car is doing the same thing. I may have used the wrong word but to me it looks like its boiling. I am planning to change my coolant too for the inverter using your guide pretty soon.
