@@db4a I'll try to remember which it is. We've done so many videos and it may not necessarily have been a video that had vitruvian in the title. It could have been one of the Speediance videos where I specifically asked him what made him switch. If I can remember or find the video I will try to post it on the community board because UA-cam won't let me post it in a UA-cam comment.

@@JoeyHardy-mr7ez thank you. I don't hate legs, they grow differently. And when you're getting 30,000 steps a day like I was at this point in my training it's very hard to keep the muscle that you build on your legs.

@@09AGardner I completely agree. I've had great success so far with the speediance gym monster of which does not require you at this time to have any type of a subscription fee. Not only that but they care about their customers. Whenever a complaint is raised they handle it. If you like in my more recent videos you can find a discount in the description and they also have many sales very often. I hope that you find something that works with you.

I feel the vitality and you can taste it. The foods here have no flavor and it is all a sign to me of this theory. @@adhamabbady2396 I got a complete spectrum of blood tests done. The doctor said that I'm the healthiest person that he's ever seen. The only things that we're off for my testosterone and my estrogen. I did a more recent video telling the audience that once I got that fixed everything went back to normal. I've been vegan for close to 20 years. That wasn't the issue in this case. If it was however I would have changed my diet.

Give it a little bit of time, if you just got it you are most certainly going to have a learning curve to deal with but once you catch it you'll never forget it.

Hi John, would you be able to explain what makes you think my health has declined since the making of this video? I find that to be strange that you would think that when I post regularly and everybody in the world can see that I'm quite healthy. Been vegan for more than 20 years and I've never had any issues. In fact, the other day when I visited the doctor he told me that I was the healthiest person that he's ever seen in his office. Veganism is a fantastic thing when it's done correctly and it works great for me. Have a great day 👋

@@johndoex3x3 Don't worry about it bro, I know so many people who have had terrible experiences with veganism and one of the reasons why is because they depend on highly processed, carbohydrate rich diets and don't get enough protein and vitamins. Many times this happens because they just don't know what types of foods they need to supplement in their diet now that they've become vegan. When I went to the doctor I got my blood work done he said immediately to me that he can see they eat tons of protein and very few carbohydrates. This was something that I was shocked that he could know just by my blood work. But yes, I've had a great experience so far and you don't need to apologize about projecting anything, you're simply trying to help and I appreciate that. Thank you so much.

Hi John 👋 Thanks for asking about my teeth. This video was way before I started noticing anything wrong with my teeth but I found out why my teeth were losing enamel. It is because I have thin teeth and thin teeth are prone to enamel wear much faster than thicker teeth. I've since fixed the issue by getting porcelain veneers which will protect my teeth like a shield So that I don't wear the enamel away anymore than I already have. Thanks again for asking 👋

@@JCX-9 saw a video from him 2 yrs ago and this one now and he aged bad.. when veganism malnourishment arrives it deteriorates the body fast.. it happened to me. I am still recovering.. been 1 yr I am eating meat again after 14 yrs without it.

@@johndoex3x3 yes actually eliminating a whole food group and just go vegan or even all carnivore will leave one with some serious deficiencies.

Hi guys, so happy that you're having fun in the comments section. You might want to check out my most recent video talking about how my hormones were out of place (which happens to people of all different types of diets). Also, fairly certain I didn't age bad when I have people telling me that I look like I'm in my '20s on a daily basis when I'm 37. The doctor after seeing my blood work said that I'm one of the healthiest people he's ever had in his office. Just facts. If you guys have problems with veganism that's all good but keep in mind that there's a right way and a wrong way to do things and that includes being vegan, being carnivore and being whatever else. If you do something the wrong way of course you'll be deficient in something. Myself though, my blood tests came back with me being in excellent shape. And once I fixed my hormones (which is something that happens to people of all walks of life) everything is back to normal. If I got my full spectrum blood test back and they were deficiencies in anything at all it would have shown. I would then have been able to determine whether or not it was because I don't eat any animal products and if that was the case I would certainly of course go back to eating meat/dairy in order to preserve my health. But seeing that those full spectrum blood test results came back perfectly fine other than my hormones being out of check there's no reason for me to change my diet. Have a great day y'all.

@@JoeyBeeFit but it’s your hormones that count more than anything. Hormones control all your bodily functions. If your hormones are out of wack then that will affect everything else down the line sooner or later. Things that need to be supplemented these days are, D3, Magnesium, Iodine. Iodine directly affects your thyroid the master gland that controls all your hormones. Majority of the population are extremely deficient in these 3 vitamins and no matter how good our diet is our immune system will eventually be affected and that’s how major illnesses will pop up out of the blue.
