As far as the church and religion goes we are on the same page. I went to a convent boarding school and those Nuns were evil.

I am sick of the holier-than-thou people of religions who think they know it all. I just want to live my life and be happy. At least this makes sense and I am grateful to not be brainwashed by religion. Tobias tells truth and his music exposes the false. I am proud to love Ghost. If I am dammed in some peoples eyes, so be it. I know what I know and thats all I need.

Okay, this is one of my favorite interviews featuring Tobias Forge at this point. The answers regarding Catholic artistic displays in the Ghost performances, as well as the answers in regards to the Biblical Satan/Lucifer/Devil were absolutely delightful. What a treat! Tobias random noises and stretching out a simple question to a 2 minute or more answer. I love him so much he’s so awkward

I could just listen to him talk for hours. His articulation and his voice are the balm my wounds need 🖤

Organized religion has always been used to control the masses (no pun intended!) If you sin, ie. misbehave or oppose the ruling forces, you are told you will go to hell! He is correct! I, personally, have been abused by and told I'm not good enough by supposed so-called Christians!

What I don't get about those stage hands that all called out sice. If they don't like ghost and think what they're doing is wrong, why bother taking the job? Was it to intentionally ruin the show? If so that just makes them mean people.

It's kind of wild that Ghost can tour in Catholic European countries like Spain & France without a problem & also Latin America which is predominantly Catholic but they can't tour in Asia & get protested in certain regions of the US (which isn't Catholic majority )

I love this, his take on the "Devil" is so great. And calling out religion for being "good" is awesome. I have always felt this way and Tobias brings it home. This is why Ghost has such a following.

Maybe it's unrelated to this video's topic but I went to my local swimming pool today and saw a man looking almost exactly like Tobias Forge, but about 10 years older. I might have found his Doppelgänger 😂

He doesn't know history as well as some think if he believes that the catholic church isn't an amalgamation of Babylonian, Egyptian, Medo-Persian, Greek, and Roman cultures. These empires were world orders within their given eras and each successive empire conquered the previous empire. Their religions, forms of entertainment, government, politics, etc. were preserved and slightly 'updated' as the years went by. Satanism, as he describes it, is the oldest religion in the world, and all of the empires mentioned above practiced what we call satanism today. The catholic church is not even Christian--it is pagan and merely baptized itself into Christianity because it was sweeping the world and they could not keep people in line. Rome became papal Rome and they killed anyone spreading Christianity, burned their letters and documents and kept the world in the dark. Called the dark ages for that reason. Protestantism was born after high-ranking clergy discovered that the papacy was hiding the truth of what they did from the world. They discovered that the papacy was the antichrist system. So, the papacy executed true Christians under the accusation of heresy. The truth is that Western culture is not Christian, it is satanic in nature with a Christian form (much like the papacy). Like he described it, satanism is the expression of freedom and art, which is what United States is known for. The Papacy wants to put an end to it, but that means brining back the inquisition. I've read books about the inquisition, and it is worse than any horror movie you've ever seen. The things they did to people is the stuff of nightmares. The papacy is the most evil organization on the earth, and is NOT Christian. Remember that. All of this is documented history, which doesn't get printed anymore. The information is written on pages that have become moldy and smelly. Americans are not known for their interest in history, so this is no surprise. He seems like a decent person, but he's misguided. Can't hold it against him, though.

I am a christian, I LOVE his thought process and the way he explaines his ideology. He is very accurate, intelligent, creative and I believe Tobias has a good soul and loving heart. Just saying.

That answer for the first question was outstanding. This is coming from someone who studies contemporary history as a hobby. That answer is right on the money imo
