In one of the draft-style Heated Battle Modes a few patches ago (i.e. very similar mode to the current HBM) I accidentally discovered how good Xinyan + Forest Regalia is, won a game in heated battle mode mashing talent/NA/burst just like this LOL Always wondered if it was just strong enough to be a thing in the normal TCG and I guess the answer is yes haha

Hoyoverse put all of Xinyan's DPS skills in TCG and forgot to leave some for her actual character in-game.
