How can you get this particular scratchy sound while shifting gears?

Are these just axle backs? Is the rest of the exhaust stock? Stock header and resonator? Just bought am STI amd looking around for a good sounding exhaust

Were these axelbacks only or catbacks with the midpipe?

Had the 5inch with double wall tips and couldn't take it after a week of driving. The drone with the Sti was unbearable.

Wow so much for not being loud at idle. Everyone raves about these mufflers on line for not having allowed idol and only getting loud when you step on it but apparently that is not the case. Sounds just like a magna flow to me

Hell yeah man, Deeds makes the best sounding exhausts for the tundra period. Nothing else comes close.

I had the 4" on my 09 sti and have the 5" on my 2015 sti. Hard for me to tell the difference but my wife says the "new one' is no where near as loud. I have a friend that has the deletes and that thing screams, but he says it's almost too much as a daily driver. They all sound really good imo and the quality is superb.
