Why do inmates convert to Islam in Prison?
Hey everyone, this video was about why so many prisoners convert to Islam. Isolation and self-reflection in prison often lead to spiritual awakenings. I talk about the sense of brotherhood among Muslim inmates and how the logical and emotional appeal of Islam contributes to this trend. Examples like Malcolm X, Mike Tyson, and Kevin Gates are some of popular figures who converted. I talk about the positive impact of Islam on their lives and why Islam is the fastest-growing religion in the prison system.
Thank you again for watching I appreciate all the love and support! See you all next time for another video.

    It's not about wealth, or microplastics or any external factor. There are two huge factors feeding the fall in fertility. 1. Marriage and kids is simply not a priority in society like it used to be. Young people put traveling, having fun, finishing their education and a million other things on the list, and only AFTER they do all these will they MAYBE think about kids. 2. 1/3 and up of Western women become unintentionally childless for life, by not finding a partner and having children during their most fertile years. Most women don't know, if they turn 30 without having a child on the way, they have only a 50/50 chance of having a child in their lifetime. To sum up, the issue is a society, especially young people who puts marriage and children last, and also that young people are not taught, that the best time to have children is in your 20s, and if you miss that window, it's very likely you will be childless for life.

    • @olykanoli
      @olykanoli 5 днів тому

      Yeah, it really is an issue with our society and how people want to live the "fast" life and splurge and spend on themselves.. This hyper individualistic society is a vicious cycle of thinking its sweet but in reality when you're old and alone you'll realize that the birken bag and trip to Monaco isn't going to care about you in your old age. I like the statistic of how it kind of happens accidently where they don't have children after 30 because spending those 20's "focusing on only career" or "only getting to the bag". I don't get why you can't do both! People have done it for many generations.

Bacillus thuringiensis (sp?) is a bacteria from Japan that makes an insecticide toxin. The dna is put into corn. Now the toxin is built in, for one. Also??? Now we are eating partly what makes a bacteria... is that branch of the tree of life even considered Halal or Kosher to eat? I agree that it is becoming harder and harder economically especially in the US where I live. Everything is taxed on us the people, and everything to help improve and better the child's life is getting more and more expensive. So unfortunately its the cards we're dealt. We have to not choose ignorance and know that our actions have implications that are long lasting.

    • @dmvfilms

      The highest fertility rate is in Sub-Saharan Africa, Pakistan and Afghanistan, arguably the poorest places in the world. The idea that people are not having kids due to cost is just an excuse. The real reason is that its not a priority for most young people, and by the time they try to have children in their 30s and 40s, many find they struggle with fertility.

    Before worrying about microplastics, can you mention contraception? Humans love sex and they also usually love the children that are the products of this activity. However, once you break the direct link between sex and having children it is more difficult for people to directly desire children. We have not evolved that way. Once people can decide to have sex without having children, many will choose this option.

    • @olykanoli
      @olykanoli 8 днів тому

      Yeah, it is 100% an important topic. Contraception and having sex for pleasure is a natural human experience. We have evolved to love both sex and children. It is societal standards and issues that have now made it difficult like you're saying to desire children. I'm Muslim, and in our faith we believe that contraception is allowed and having sex strictly for pleasure (with your spouse) is allowed and understood.. due to it being so desirable and natural.

It is very easy for people to say "pick it up from your bootstraps" but people are working past retirement age and job markets have been really tough for lots of people. We might have unemployment down, but what jobs are actually being had? Once ai keeps advancing more and more people will struggle to find work. Especially meaningful work. Knowing people from different cultures a lot of the times they won't move out early and live with there parents until they're married and able to support their own family. Which honestly makes sense.

      It is hard to see the impact, we are just forced to accept all the external stimuli. Taking a step back is so important for our health and wellbeing.

      Bismillah. So within the Quran astrology, stars, and celestial bodies are mentioned multiple times in various parts of the Quran. There is the 85th Surah of the Quran that talks about zodiacal signs/constellations. Here is a site that talks about it with references as well. I hope this helps! www.alhakam.org/what-does-islam-say-about-zodiac-signs-and-do-celestial-bodies-have-any-effects/

Alhamdulillah Sorry if this off topic, dont want to bother u but can i ask, if do u consider addiction like "sickness"? When it come to fastjng I mean.. do people with several addiction to consider like sick? Thank u

    • @olykanoli
      @olykanoli Місяць тому

      Hey Carmine Maronna! I appreciate you for writing this comment! I try my best to understand different walks of life by actually talking and listening to those who go through life differently. To try to answer your question of "addiction being seen as a sickness" is really interesting. When it comes to fasting one of the benefits of fasting is removing these vices like addictions.. for example like smoking cigarettes. Other severe addictions like opioids, alcohol, or watching x rated content require a support system which is needed and InShaAllah you stay strong and those afflictions do not harm you. For an even better answer I'd say contact a local Scholar or Sheikh for I am merely a student of life and can't give a ruling/complete answer.

    I would argue the game has become more creative than before, although less flashy. The kind of game you described loving to watch was not as tactically advanced as it is today, and so beating teams in my opinion at times took more or less your best players beating defenders one on one to score. Nowadays defenses are set up to where goals like that happen far less often, so players must be creative in their movement and passes to unlock the space to score. Take Phil Foden in recent months as a great example. Man City play against teams almost exclusively playing in a low block, making it hard to pass through and find space to score. Foden may not have the same flashy moves as some but he is excellent with his feet and positioning. He uses those skills to create goal scoring opportunities. Now with the transition towards more of team structure and specifically defending in a low block teams need to have players than can find the spaces to create goals. I argue this may have less of that magic flair that are in all the old highlights, but is more creative because it is less about dribbling past as many defenders are in front of me and more about manipulating the other team’s shape into creating space for a goal. Some people may call it boring to watch and that’s ok, but I disagree and find it far more fascinating to see the complex beauty of both strategy and individual talent being used in the modern game. And you can’t blame managers or organizations for doing this, because it has been proven to be far more effective, and when it comes down to it, their job is to win.

    • @olykanoli
      @olykanoli Місяць тому

      I do agree with the Tactical advancement of the game. It has opened up the door for new styles of play. It is also the new era of sports science, analytics, and knowing the highest rate of any chance a team creates. It makes sense to have teams use these different styles. Having a bit of creative flair while still playing the tactical way is possible as well! Just feel like some of those players are being "overcoached" and not all of them fit this "perfect" system. Since the game is changing, fitness and athleticism is needed even more in the modern game because if you can't defend HARD and sprint to every ball its over. Teams like City will break you down fundementally. Managers are in a tricky spot because look at how fast coaches get sacked nowadays!
