What he is saying is that the JWST is finding more evidence that the beginning of the universe happened with the big bang, 13.8 billion years ago. If you believe that God started the big bang at that time, then the evidence does not refute that. Cosmologists do not know what started the big bang. If you believe God did it, then so far, you can not be proved wrong, or right.

The narration of how the universe came to be is a big lie. It can’t be true in any scientific sense. Her third option may be the best answer. Which is the position of a Diest and not a Christian. The danger of Christianity is that it is built on lies ( myths), allegory and twisted history. To agree that there is a God doesn’t mean an endorsement of Christianity. What's not discussed in this video is that the JWT continues to find galaxy's that are young further out than older ones. This is based on the red shift being lower even though it's many more light years away. And if the galaxy is expanding form a big bang it "should" show progressively older galaxy and stars further from the center than it does. They can't seem to answer this. And when they double check the data and points of interest they get consistent results that don't align with a big bang and general expansion of the universe.

So God created evolution. What's the big deal?

Evolutionists believe the Universe had a beginning. I don't see the point of this.

At the beginning, the matter which coalesces into galaxies and individual solar systems within them, would have been concentrated into a smaller space allowing for more and faster reactions, in regions that had greater concentrations of gravitational attraction. The larger the Universe and the further away from each other are the concentration gas, dust and matter needed to make a galaxy, the less likely the gravitational affects would allow for a rapid coalescing of these matter into solids such as stars and planets. A solar system is a corollary for a galaxy in that it shows the variability of gravitational forces on rocky planets closer to the star compared to gas giants further away with greater mass and size.

Cosmologists and physicists and theologists don't seem to think reality is infinite....if reality is infinite, then everything has a beginning and an end ...and everything is infinitely small and infinitely large. So there would be an infinite number of universes which are possibly each like atoms in the next level of magnitude...and what are atoms to us are universes to others. Everything is a God particle...and everything has infinite reality within...the small creates the large and the large creates the small...hence infinity. .and as being awareness, we are the reason for it all? The totality of awareness...we call that God...infinite and eternal.

The theory had its origins in the 1920s from the work of various physicists, notably Alexander Friedmann and the Catholic priest Georges Lemaître. The theory, popularly called the Big Bang Theory, at name mockingly given it by the British astronomer Fred Hoyle who believed the universe existed in a steady state, has been supported by the work of cosmologists and theoretical physicists for the last century, and has been further supported by observations from the James Webb telescope as noted by Dr. Meyer. No scientifically literate atheist questions any of this. How this helps prove the existence of any god is beyond me. We don't know what initiated the Big Bang, but nobody (by nobody, I mean no scientifically literate person) thinks it came from nothing. There are numerous hypotheses as to how the singularity the expansion of which became the Big Bang came into being, but again, nobody thinks the the singularity was created from nothing. We don't know what is beyond the observable universe. We might be part of a multiverse, the greater cosmos might be infinite in extent, the substance (to use Spinoza's term) might have always existed through some quantum phenomenon we don't understand and so forth. Clearly, one possibility is that it all was created by a supernatural being, whatever that might mean, but there is no evidence whatsoever to support such a notion, just as there is no evidence to refute it. Confirming the Big Bang theory, insofar as any scientific theory can be confirmed, provides no support whatsoever for theism. Pastor Frederick's reaction to Dr. Meyer's statements is pretty much along the usual theist line of, "Golly, we don't know how it all started, so god must have done it! Checkmate atheists." Just a heads-up to anyone that may be interested in both Theology and Philosophy. There are two books that I highly recommend. First, in the arena of Theology, I highly recommend the work of the late Dr. J. Sidlow Baxter, especially his book titled, "Explore the Book". Get the more expensive version which is about 50 bucks. Read what he says about Genesis first and foremost. This is extremely important because it will ground you in the absolute truth of things as far as science and theology goes. In the philosophical arena, read "An Essay on Metaphysics" by the late Philosopher and Historian, R.G. Collingwood. The Reformed Metaphysics of Collingwood is unasailable. Collingwood casts an ironclad net of no escape regardless of subject matter or field of knowledge. There simply is no escape from the metaphysics of Collingwood in the philosophical arena. Keep in mind that Philosophy isn't Theology. The knowledge of the Reformed Metaphysics of Collingwood will enable you to meet atheists on their own terms and destroy their ideas at the philosophical level. They won't agree with your Theology but they will learn to respect your Philosophy. Once again, you must get the book of Genesis right. Read Baxter for a profound theological framework and read Collingwood for a profound philosophical framework. You can only meet the atheist in the philosophical arena. If they choose to engage in the theological arena you can do so armed with the framework of Baxter which is greatly enhanced by the philosophical framework of Collingwood. I quit school in the 8th grade. But I have won many an argument with highly educated people simply because I studied the theological framework of Baxter and the philosophical framework of Collingwood. Get these men of genius under your belt and you will do exceptionally well.
