PTR Baler and compactor one of these days I’m gonna call my Baler New York northern recycling is it gonna be big Balers don’t do anything if their is a bale if there is below to the other arrow is still not safe will damage the chamber door in the feed gate in the middle no, if you was above the arrow, it was damaged the feed gate ,blows up the motor and breaks the hydraulic cylinder and all the oil will come out how much charge in the Baylor about 9090 9090 so I gazillion a gazillion a pressure in the Baylor you could compress anything in there you want

The baler at my workplace uses two chains to eject the bale. I’d prefer that inclining ramp on the bottom instead.

Why the age minimum?

I regularly operate a PTR self contained compactor. I was provided reasonably thorough verbal instructions and visual operation demonstration by a representative of the owner of the compactor. But I was not provided a manufacturer operation guide or instruction video and there is no instruction/safety list posted on the compactor or by the controls. I am wondering about operating cycles and when it is OK to press the start button. The compactor motor has a distinct "spin down" sound as it reaches the end of it's cycle. Is it OK to press the start button during this "spin down" to immediately start the next cycle? Or is doing so potentially harmful to the motor or mechanical system of the compactor? Should the motor be fully stopped (no audible sound) before pressing the start button for the next cycle? It takes several (approx. 5-7) cycles to clear the trash loading area when full. I can check the compactor for a model number if that is helpful.

Ran service on these along with JV, Marathon equipment and a slew of others. PTR has some of the best built compacting equipment in the biz.
