Hello, regrading 9:27 i have 15 years of education because Bachelor's education in the country i studied is done in 3 years. I explained that in my application as well. I hope I'd be able to qualify for the entrance exams for masters degree.

Hello, need help lang po. I was planning to apply for MEXT 2025 and I'm now in my 12th grade this upcoming school year. I recently found out that the deadline is May 27 and it's already June 9. Is it fine to still apply next year and pursue my undergraduate degree there right away or am I suppose to take a gap year?

I have the Vertuo advent calendar, it's a red box. I wonder if the coffee pod days are the same? I just checked the site and the Vertuo calendar is sold out but they still have the original advent.

Exam is now totally waived for research category as MEXT decided that Philippines is English speaking country. We did took the exam for japanese though but they said it has no bearing. In my experience my interview went smooth, they did not ask much on my research just some clarifications on definition of terms. Most of the time it was story telling. What struck me was the last question they ask, "Unfortunately we cannot accept all of you as we have limited slots, WHAT makes you more qualified than the other applicants to receive the scholarship?" Fortunately I have big edge vs other applicants being topnotcher and being a member of NRCP (national research council of the Philippines) with the panels happen to be members of also. To aspiring mext scholars goodluck! see you all in Japan
