Wool - what an amazing material. We should be building homes out of wool!

A wool mattrass, duvet and pillow? Wow an early adopter. We have been making wool duvets for over 14 years, I'm glad you talked about it's abilities to regulate temperature. For us a lighter duvet does all year round. It can also give a lot of comfort for those going through menopause. Keep up the great work!

Hi, thank you for the video. I was hoping you would talk about what it feels like to sleep on it.. the comfort of it or lack thereof.. wool versus cotton, wool felt, will by itself. toppers Etc

We sleep on and with wool from Shepherds Dream products. They are very pure and come from very, very humanely treated sheep. I think we probably pick up on the purity of the products and the kind treatment of the animals. Enjoy!

I bought wool mattress as you advised, for three hundred something 100% sheep wool and I was suffering for a month or so from smell ….then I had to wash it with dish soap, baking soda and gallon of vinegar ,,,,,then I had it on the roof under sun and wind for a month but it was still very smelly to sleep on it ; so, I had to toss it in the garbage after all the troubles. I wish I never listened your video

There is this study that says that both wool and linen have a frequency of 5000, which is why they are great for your body, which has a frequency of 100. Polyester has a frequency of 10 or 15. Which is equivalent to that of a dead body. I used a linen pillowcase the other day for the first time and when I woke up I also felt like I had slept way better than normal. Today I got a wool blanket so I am curious to learn what it will do. Never use something with both wool and linen mixed, because they will zero each other out, which is even harder on your body than Polyester. (The bible also states this)

What is the brand ? Is it simply called Safecoat ? There are several brands (Rustoleum to name one) called SafeCoat .

I mix both TEA TREE OIL and DISTILLED VINEGAR or any other ESSENTIAL OIL ie Lavender...

Thank you for your review. I recently, after tons of research and your lovely vid. Bought myself two wool duvets, one is winter and one summer. In summer I'll use the thinner one and the medium in winter. At present I put which ever one I'm not using on the mattress and sleep on that. I purchased a few pillows two. I can not tell you how much I love it. Cocooned in wool. I've never slept so well and for so long. I'm never cold, nor do I overheat. Just the perfect temperature. I wake up feel wonderful. I don't wriggle.... just sleep soundly. My Jack Russell loves it the most 😁

Do you think this would work for a mildew smell in hardwood furniture? Of course we cleaned with alcohol/benefect and lightly sanded, but still slight smell so hoping this will seal any scent that was absorbed into hardwood.

When you say that you use filtered water, is your water fluoridated? It is becoming more well-documented that fluoride is another health threat, and its molecules are too small to be filtered out with a standard filter.

How are the sheep sheared?

If you ever wondered why you get heart palpitations (mild or serious) or this strange feeling of an adrenaline rush and your heart starts racing or palpitating, blame BPA (Bisphenol-A) poisoning. How to check if your Heart Palpitations (and any other strange ailments) are caused from BPA poisoning: • If you live in North America, STOP eating and drinking from *ALL* canned products ASAP! Find alternatives that are NOT in cans or plastic containers (not easy, but possible). • Drastically limit your or completely eliminate your consumption of foods from plastic frozen containers. Heated plastic is not good for anyone. And some of these plastics produce BPS and BPF when heated, which are different types of BPA and are also bad for you. Avoid them at all costs, especially if you suspect you're getting sick from them already. NOTE: Not all plastic containers have BPA. Some are BPA-free. Like most milk jugs and certain numbers on plastic containers. Look for numbers 1, 2, 4 and 5. Those numbers are safe and BPA-free. But numbers that DO contain BPA are 3, 6, and 7 <--avoid these at all costs! When you start to feel better from this advice in 24-48 hours, then you indeed had high concentrations of BPA in your blood. Bottom Line: DO NOT leave ANY plastics in direct, hot sunlight. This can cause leaching from an otherwise safe plastic container. High concentrations of BPA in your blood make you sick, period! This is why European countries banned it altogether. Stop consuming it, and you will feel better immediately. Guaranteed. Avoid cans at all costs if you got sick from them already. I'd love to hear how others have found tea tree oil! I already use distilled white vinegar on my wood floors but the smell is unpleasant and lasting! I'm going to give tea tree oil a go on my mold, would it work on floors too? Thanks for the tip Annie B!!
