i cant hear sh cause of this music

Hey I am having a problem, when using my mac. When holding control my mouse doesn't seem to work. For example buying food 2 times.

for me it like isn't working right like it works but its hard to explain maybe im doing something wrong on my part and I just dont know what im doing wrong

this used to work for me but now, everytime I do it (I have the same settings and same method) it just vibrates my camera while I go back. I tried re-entering my hotkey and it works for like 4 seconds before I have to make a turn and then it goes back to my camera vibrating while I go back. How do I fix this?
