How does the print quality on the P1S compare to the A1? I currently have an A1 combo and am considering selling it to upgrade to the P1S combo. My main reason for the switch is to get an enclosure, as I print in my room and think it could help with dust, reduce fumes, and improve overall print quality. I'm mainly printing in PLA, do you think it would be worth it to sell the A1 combo and go for the P1S combo? Thanks!

Your my go to as far as setting up a 3D Printing business. I just bought my 3rd Bambu Labs A1 Combo. I plan to add 3 more every month to help with production of my products.

Goodness I wish people would stop posting these type videos exposing our 3d printing hustles I do understand you're doing this for views and content so you can monetize but you are effectively showering the market with new seller's, same goes for reselling videos ever since they started popping up on UA-cam a few years ago now you see everybody in Goodwill looking at their f****** phones scanning for items making it harder for full time sellers having to compete with people that work regular full time jobs looking for extra income. You really need an auto label dispenser for your amazon labels imo. Will make a night and day difference in your efficiency.

Just curious if you have run across any options for fitting 3kg filament spools on the A1 ams lite system for multi-color prints? You're one of the only other A1 farms I know of. :)

Not trying to screw up your profit numbers but shipping and tax are out going expenses and not part of your profit. Some of it will use all of that money some will not but hard to put all of that in the profit column. Just some insight from an old guy. Who cares about the sad angry people jealous and enviously smashing keys to attack you. Your hard work is what got you here and they are the type to complain about other rather then create and put energy i to their own business and lives, completely ignor these fools and carry on. Thank you for sharing I've just started my own 3d printed business using both FDM and resin we are completely different in our system and approach and what we are selling but I really appreciate your hard work and sharing.

Other than rent you need to add printer depreciation. If you check online I think you can find a spread sheet that includes such things. That said I just do a quick calculation in my head and ballpark it. You have a lot more variables, and get better prices on your cost of goods than we do. Thank you for sharing all the info with us.

Some of the comments below are a bit harsh. True, there are things your leaving out. but I'm taking a moment to say I appreciate the time your taking to make these imperfect, transparent, unscripted and mostly unedited videos. It's a refreshing change from the Ultra polished, 30 second intro, perfectly edited stuff we see so much that also is coated in obvious vendor bias that usually comes off feeling like a product promotion. There is a place for videos like this and I like it. Please keep it up. Subbed.

The panda touch is dropping wifi because it can't switch between wifi access points same as the Nintendo switch where I need to turn wifi off and on again to connect to the nearest access point again

wouldn't it be possible to put in the rent and maybe insurances or similar stuff? You have specific number of printers, which can print a specific amount of time. So it should be possible to say that the printing of the turtle takes X amount of time, of Y amount of available time in the month. might get a bit granular, but could tell a lot about what product might has higher margins then others if looked on the "blocking" time per printer.

Costs of operating the building, trash collection, etc. Unemployment tax. Print fails. Amortisation of the machine. Amortisation of the racks and other capital equipment. Computer time shopping/negotiating for plastic, clickers, key rings. Tools costs. Alcohol and bottles for cleaning build plates. The calculations are interesting but not totally realistic for a person considering starting a business.

I like watching your journey and how things change as you grow. Congrats on following your dream.

Your calculation is not correct, you forgot to add personal costs. Somebody has to build them up!
