SM Kamran presented his arguments and some strong points very professionally without using any strong or careless term against women, while counterpart female used some sweeping statements like "all women face this " , "men can never understand this" . . such expression coming from a Lawyer is a bit disappointing. But overall such debates should be encouraged.

جواب اردو میں دینا چاہونگا بحیثیت قانون کا طالبعلم بلوچستان ژوب سے ۔۔ میں پنسوٹا صاحب سے متفق ہوں کہ پاکستان کا تعلیمی نظام طبقاتی ہے لارنس کالج ،ایچیسن وغیرہ وغیرہ پھر سرکاری بورڈ اور انکا معیار الگ ایے لیول کا معیار الگ جو کہ پورے پاکستانی سماج میں بہت بڑا مسئلہ ہے ساتھ ہمارے پالیسی میکرز بھی بیرون ملک کے تیار کردہ پروڈکٹس ہیں جن کی ذہن سازی جاگیردارانہ سرمایہ دارانہ بنیادوں پر کی جاتی ہے تو جو قانون یا جو بھی نظام بنے گا وہ تو اسی سوچ کے بنیادو پر بنے گا صرف تعلیم نہیں بلکہ ہمارا بیوروکریٹک نظام بھی اسی بنیادوں پر ہے ڈاکٹر اکمل سومرو ماہر سیاسیات ہیں لاہور سے تعلق ہے انکی غالباً 2020 یا 2019 کے سی ایس ایس کے نتائج کا ڈیٹا ہے بلکہ ڈان میں بھی شاید آیا تھا کہ زیادہ تر انکی سلیکشن ہوتی ہے جو بیرون ملک سے گریجویٹ تھے سیاسی نظام اسی تباہ حالی کا شکار ہے ایک اسمبلی کے ممبر کیلئے کیا معیار ہے ہمارے نظام میں اسی طرح معاشی ڈھانچہ کیپٹلزم کا ہے سودی نظام اور ہمارے ملک کا پہلا بجٹ 47 میں جو دیا وہ 11کروڑ کے خسارے کا تھا جو اس وقت کے وزیر خزانہ تھے وہ عالمی بینک کے ملازم تھے پولیس کا نظام وہی کالونیل دور 1867 والا ہے جبکہ اسکے اگلے سال برطانیہ نے سکاٹلینڈ یارڈ اور لنڈن پولیس کا نظام بنایا ذرا جائزہ لیں کتنا فرق ہے چند جزوی تبدیلیاں ہوئی ہیں عدالتی نظام کہ انصاف پیسوں سے ملتا ہے وکیلوں کی فیس الگ کورٹ فیس الگ جبکہ شہری ٹیکس بھی دے رہا ہے اسلامی نظام( ملاوؤ والا نہیں ) میں وکیل وکالت کی فیس نہیں لے سکتا وکالت رضامندی سے کرے گا پھر جو پورا طریقہ کار ہے کہ پہلے دعویٰ بناو پھر وکیل پھر وہ جواب دعویٰ لائے گا ثابت کرانا اس فرد کا کام ہوتا ہے عجیب تماشا ہے اس حوالے سے میرا تجزیہ یہ ہے کہ خرابی جزوی نہیں ہے بلکہ پورا نظام خراب ہے ذرا دنیا کی آزاد قوموں کا تجزیہ ہونا چاہیے کہ انہوں کس طرح اپنے ملک کو ترقی یافتہ بنایا خرابی ان میں بھی پوسکتی ہے لیکن اس درجہ کی نہیں..

Why covering the head is the issue miss , this is Islamic republic of Pakistan, exposing your self is not actual liberty, and also making your own decisions is also not liberty in Islam , both men and women are precisely guided by the philosophy or way of life ,known as Islam , if human regardless of men or women decide what’s best for them will doom them cause they’ll follow their desires, that’s why boundaries in Islam exist and covering your head is boundary for women.
