I loved how all the major characters grew throughout the series including Chrisjen Avasarala which became obvious when she went to Ceres and met Camina Drummer. Yes, Chrisjen could still swear enough to make a marine cringe but she had changed from the person we met in the first episode.

The fuck you bit is so poignant. Most of Drummer's ship family has been killed or left her and now Naomi is asking her to turn her ship against more Belters, even if it is Marco's allies.

Love these two! Just a really great example of a loving couple that had rough spots but worked through it together to become stronger together.

Holden is a dreamer, one with a strong will and an unbreakable faith in humanity. He is the one that gaves Naomi a different view on inners. He opened an opportunity for Drummer to lead the belt to a brighter tomorrow. He guided amos to do the right choices. He showed Chrisjen a path to peace she would have never imagined. He assembled a family where Alex finally had a place. He led a fight worth fighting for Bobbie. And finally, he gave a chance in redemption to Clarissa. I have never seen such brillant character writing than the expanse, I miss this show.

So many times, I wanted to punch this character. He peeved me that much. But that doesn't change facts that he was a wonderfully portrayed character, and a good person to show the other characters a different way, and option other than war

This video breaks my heart in the best way 😭I agree with the previous commenter, there was definitely abundant nuance to their relationship in the show proper but your vid really underscores the depth of everything that factored into it and how they all connect, in a very gratifying way. You also capture the absolute immensity of expression Cara Gee can somehow fit into every tiny little action/expression (like Drummer's almost shoulder-check/smile at 0:11.... you get it). Definitely a latecomer to the series but I also just wanted to also say thank you for this!
