    Another great video from Todd. I purchased mine from Vans Auto (Top Cat Whiskers). Also be aware that the 66 and 67 sets are different.

    Need to put your pet fly back in its cage. This is an awesome video. I found it was easier to do this with the driver seat out to disconnect all and reconnect all. Took pictures of connections too to help to reconnect.

    The only lights that will not work are my taillamps at night. I have a new light switch and the taillights do not come on at night? My brake lights work and my turn signals work. Any suggestions?

      @deanprevolos55 Check the plug in the kick panel. It does a couple things. 1. You will be able to verify power to it and from it. If no power to it problem is in the dash side if power to it than bad connection at the plug or broken wire somewhere from the plug to the back of the car.

    I installed my new fuel tank into my 67 Charger this past weekend. I agree with you Todd, this was not easy, especially with lining up the hoses. I am glad this was the last major part I installed on my car, which was a 4 year restoration project (weekends only). You repaired my power pack years ago and I just watched your gauge video. I was hoping that my fuel gauge would work after I installed my new tank and fuel sending unit but no luck. I am going to drive the car and enjoy for awhile before I remove my gauge cluster and send to hyou for repair. Thanks for the video, Dean.

    Thank you for your videos I've always been too scared to mess with my 66 charger interior nice to see somebody with some experience! Going to try to get my cluster all out! And definitely want to have you completely redo them! That way I have a piece of mind that everything is good. Thanks again for your videos not very many people working on first gen chargers!!

    i’m working on repairing my 73 to 80 GM clock. The mechanism is pretty much the same as the Corvette clock. Maybe it’s exactly the same. Anyway, I need to get a new winding spring. Any ideas where? I’ve looked online but not having much luck.

    • @toddsdodgegarage
      @toddsdodgegarage 4 місяці тому

      There are no replacement parts for these clocks unfortunately. Wether GM, Chrysler, Ford, all the clocks are similar in design as a points style electro mechanical movement. You would have to find someone that repaires these and has parts clocks in stock such as myself. Redline gauge works may as well have parts but other than the two of us I don't know of anyone else in the industry that does. Most just convert to quartz and toss the moment. You can call me @ Todds Restorations 763 290 0474 if you want to see if I have that spring. Todd

      Yes I rebuild the motors. there are no parts available and they are very complex. It explains after 57 years why only two people are known to rebuild them, you can send them in to me and I would happy to take a look at them, Todd
