The one im most mad about is the javert/enjolras scene tbh. That could have been an important moment for javert, seeing the young enjolras upside down like that, dead for what he believed in. Especially since enjolras’ blood was technically on javert’s hands.

I wish they’d filmed the ending originally called for in the script. Basically, the plan was that the ghosts of all those who died would be marching alongside the Republican rioters (Marius and Cosette included) in the February Revolution of 1848 as everyone sang the finale.

It’s 2021 almost 2022 and I’m still upset that they cut all the best parts out the movie. They didn’t have to cut so much out of George. ;-;

Most of these scenes were in the trailer and they were cut out of the movie which is really disappointing. I would've also loved to see more Eponine and Gavroche moments because they are siblings after all

As someone who's playing Grantaire in my school's production, I'm seriously bothered they cut all of his big moments in the film.

The show will never be complete without Grantaire in Drink with Me. It would be nice if they'd left in the line between Gavroche and Courfeyrac "she was my sister" but it's never even implied in any of the musical versions, only the book and non-musicals.

I really wish they would have kept in the scene with Gavroche and Éponine, as no one that was seeing this for the first time even knew that he was her little brother.

The Eponine’s Ghost wouldn’t make sense in the 2012 film as Eponine and Valjean’s paths never crossed

i really think that george kinda looks like hugh jackman. especially with a hair like that

the reason why they cut out most dancing parts for Marius' and Cossete's wedding is that Eddie couldn't control his legs and kept messing up the dances so they just stuck with him spinning her around

They shouldn’t have cut Eponine a ghost out of the movie, it fits really well because she just wanted to make Marius happy no matter why’s happened to her so her ghost showing up and seeing what happened to Marius and Cossette would’ve been perfect
