Hi thanx for your video! Unfortunately I' ve Hi! Thank you for your videos. I' m continuing to struggling with a simple situation, but I don' t know where I get wrong. I use audient id24 as audio interface and I only want to use the ableton's metronome to listen the click only in the outputs 3-4 for a live performance. I follow all the instruction about routing the outputs and setting the audio interface's preferences. I can see from ableton and from the audient's software that the click (cue) is working only on the outputs 3-4, but I don't know why I continue to hear the click also from output 1-2. Can you help me about this? How can I fix it?

What are y’all putting the other side of the 1/4 inch into ? I hope that’s not a dumb question, I’m just curious on what you all did. I ran it from the focusrite output 3 into a channel on my mixer but I wasn’t getting the click in my in ears. It was only when I turned up the knob of my in ears aux on the channel I put the in ear chord in where I got it to work!

When I collect and save a project to archive it should I freeze all my tracks first so that in the future I would still be able still work on tracks that used plugins that were no longer functioning by flattening them, while with tracks that used plugins that were still functioning I could just unfreeze them in order to be able to adjust any plugin settings? Could there be any drawbacks with this approach?

Thank you for the video, it's very informative, but I might need your help! :) I watched it to hear the metronome separately. I tried with both Focusrite Control and Return Track, but I couldn't solve it with either. When I added the return tracks and did all "audio to sends only' for all tracks and "master cue out to 3/4(same headphone input with video), it gave all the sound to both speakers and the headphones with no filter. Return track knobs are not active for some reason. The volume color turned blue, etc. Everything looks good. What am I missing?
