Thank you very much
Please do video on how to connect timer to a refrigerator
You are a very good teacher. Please can I get your WhatsApp number?
Good lesson brother,, would love to have your number
Thank you i fixed my stove problem was wire to one plate was finished
Vary helpfull
Hi bro I need the diagram of the wires that goes to the two plates please
Hi my brother how do you fix internal leak in deepfreezer
Thanks very much
Thank you. I need to see welding aluminium capillary tube to filter dryer. When I do it the aluminium melt .
When l'm watching this video that's wat l did but my question that moment after flushing it before l disconnect everything , l frst disconnect the plug does air outside get inside the capillary tube we used to flash
My last question some compressor they had no stickers and you don't even knkw the type of freon , on that issue what type of freon must l add
Thanks for your comment . You must not add freon rather do vaccum the add R600a if you don't know the type of freon to charge your system
@@karaanielectricalsandelect5112 thank you l did vacuum using this a above method ,when they was no pressure inside l add R600a
Brother which you help me on this please ,l had been following your videos and l tried the frst customer to service here fridge,so far l had no vacuum pump l use this method for joining capillary tube at the and of discharge , yea l did all following wat you said on videos Here its the issue when l vacuum/ flush the fridge system l realize that the Gauge it self failed to go down until it touched the starting point but it was very close , then after a long time the capillary tube u will notice that the capillary tube realize small amount of air ,l dont know what was wrong.. Second issue the fridge it's oldt and it had been fixed several times and the compressor looks so old , and had to stickers l put freon R600a and it didn't even able to pump the freon the condenser remail cold and the discharge tube reaming cold even the fridge was running ,whst might be the problem Sorry l had to many questions, hope you will help me
I think the problem might be with the compressor. A compressor might have bad valve it will still sound like it's working well but it produce warmth on the condenser confirming that it's bad
@@karaanielectricalsandelect5112 oky now l get your point ,it's been twice getting such problem ,so please enlight me ,how do l determine that this compressor had a bad valve ,l truly understand the valve you're mentioned it's inside the compressor right
@@karaanielectricalsandelect5112 if you say it produce warmth , should the condenser feel warm or cold or wat ...but to my surprise before l solder the whole process the compressor was pumping air I a good state but it stuck on gas why

Hi how do I fix those two plates? My oven is working
Did you manage to fix? I have the same issue 😢
Well explained
Thank you I've managed to fix my plate cooker
What wire can I use to rewiré my plates, the ones that is already connected is very short
Good explanation
After putting foam to cover pipes. What did u use to close the fridge cabinet that u put up on the roof, it's a glue what's the name of the glue, if it's selotape which selotape etc.
The difference between nitrogen and air is that at 100 psi nitrogen is faster and powerful than air at 100 psi what do u say
Even when clearing a blockage on the capillary tube same thing applies
Again difference between using eg R134a gas or R404a gas or nitrogen gas in finding a leak compared to using air is what in my opinion i would say u can find small leaks with gas compared to air what do u say.
When you open the system the pressure inside the system is equal to the pressure outside the system when the fridge is off but when it's on then the pressure inside the system increases When u open the compressor with gas in it the gas moves out of the compressor whether the fridge is on or off
This method u used now u can test leak on condenser only and the places u cant because air moves out of the system at the suction pipe were its open correct me if im wrong explain to me pls thanks.
For the compressor method system is all closed in which air when u switch on the compressor pressure goes from suction valve to discharge to the service valve and through the condenser, capillary filter, tube, evaporator and suction in which when u close the gauge that pressure will not go out of the system
It seems like the leak pressure test on the gauge with this method is only for the condenser because the air goes from condensor to gauge so when u close the gauge its pressure on the condenser if im not mistaken and from condenser to capillary filter to tube, evaporator and suction and then out of suction to the air that air is going out of the suction pipe can u correct mebif i a lying
The compressor you are using does it pump gas or its no longer pumping gas
Remember that the reason there was no gas was due to leak not were u were brazing but somewhere else and secondly it might not be a leak but restriction which cause compressor to overheat damaging the relay
But there are small leaks which requires more time to see pressure dropping from the gauge for big leaks it drops immediately
Once u switch on the fridge the air goes inside the suction of fridge compressor into the system then Once u switch off the fridge the pressure does not go out of the system even though the suction is still open but u have to close the valve on the gauge for the pressure not to get out of the system and u a4 able to check for leaks
Fridges are different in litres some take 40g and some more than that and some less than that so they can't all be 2psi
I believe that gas cools down the compressor so when you use compressor to vacuum, or leaks or blockage the compressor won't overheat
It's 100% correct that refrigerant cools down the compressor, how ever if u run it for 30 minutes or less it won't over heat. Thanks for your comment
On other videos I saw them using thinners and liquid flush or tetra chloride for flushing the system which is the condenser coil and evaporator using their own compressor can u explain that on your your video therally and practically in full, were the pipe should go this pipe should be open this closed etc so that we understand and don't get confused and also if u know how to check for leaks ànd cleaning using R404 gas instead of air or nitrogen gas,
Even if compressor is not pumping gas it always pumps air or allows air to flow right or not, but for gas it won't the pump needs to work right or not
The gauge when checking for leaks using this method without compressor it will go to the fullest Psi over 220, when compressor is running, when compressor is not running will it decrease or remain were it was, Or for that pressure to remain you should close the valve on the gauge, then weld the suction after put the gauge pipe on the service valve th3n open the valve on the gauge and that pressure should remain like that if there is no leak
You are so good brother but just ensure that all you actions are clearly visible to your clients/us. Keep it up brother now i can handle the challenge.
Even the 4 plate stove u disconnect the wires connected it
When u increase pressure on the gauge u put the gauge pipe on discharge valve and open the suction valve whilst the service valve is not used and is closed and u turn on the compressor and when finished turn off the compressor, am i right or wrong secondly the air inside the compressor does it not go out of the suction after switching off the compressor, because i saw u removing the air air from compressor by removing the gauge pipe at the gauge, thirdly when vacuuming you move the gauge pipe from discharge to suction and turn on compressor join the
When the actual fridge compressor is off does gas come out of the compressor If the service valve is open
Can u maybe pls make a video the rally and practically explaining on how to use compressor to vacuum, clean and for leaks. Explain like put this on this etc so that we don't get lost and understand well. U know there there's also do and don'ts
Some use nitrogen gas and some use R 404 gas with compressor and some air
Also replacing a double door evaporator coil and chest freezer and deep freezer leak repair and clearing blockage
On the other videos I saw that the proper standing pressure for R134 a is higher than what u mensioned and also the suction pressure which is the running pressure just check on that
I have a problem with my mini 2 stove with oven, when I plug it.. the main switch trips.. We're to start.. please help 😢

@@karaanielectricalsandelect5112 oky brother ,since l followed your videos l want to check my fridge which it's not working but l want to buy zwese zwekushandisa ,so now what's the name of gun touch yeku welder cooper ,
I have a minibar fridge and it started tripping (single pole). What should I do. I assume it's nothing to with the earth. Pls help
Thanks for your comment. If it's tripping a single pole . It means you the fridge is drawing over current. Meaning that there is a short circuit, it either your neutral and live wire are touching each other or your compressor is really bad
@@karaanielectricalsandelect5112Thanks. And it means a need to replace the compressor?
👏👏👏😂🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hi can i use pratley on the aluminum evaporator coil leak visible on freezer section
Thanks for your comment. I not sure what Pratley is , how ever is you are experienced enough you can solder using an aluminium rod
Are all evaporator coil aluminum or there is copper evaporator too
Because the evaporator I saw from a client looks like it's copper and the rod I am using can burn the cabinet. The coil is too close to the cabinet u can't even put something to protect the cabinet that's why I decided to use pratley.
On the evaporator coil when there is a leak u will see it with an ice build up on the place with the leak right when fridge is on and compressor had gas
I want to know again after fixing internal leak u put foam then u put what is it the glue to hold the cover tight and what's the name of that glue
Explain it nicely pliz u are too fast
Wow this seems intelligent, i wanna start fixing fridges
