I'd be afraid someone would be flying around the corner of the street and drive right into the house. It's a cute place, like the basement but I'd knock down how they separated it down there. That's was odd.

Mandy Wheeler.... why would you price this house so high? Realtors always overprice houses because the SELLERS think in their mind it's worth it. You obviously KNOW it;s overpriced but you told the seller YES we can list for 650k. They will fire you when you price it correctly.

I am a lover of older homes, so I am impressed that the wood trim & accents weren't smothered in paint as if in a makeover show. lol If I ever am in the market I will definitely be giving her a call. 😊

I love how fearless the owner was with color. So cool. I am so overly bored with people and their white-on-white decor. Its cold and sterile. This home is warm, fun and visually really appealing.
