im stuck so hard at finding a main

I always just pick what i like watching the most as a noob, for street fighter thats Juri, for Tekken it's Kazuya. maybe not the best beginner choices but i never wanted to pick a character because of good moves, and usually my first picks werent the best but i always enjoyed the wins more that way because i stuck with it.

I play MK1 (i know its not a real fighting game, although i have my eyes on tekken) i am very easily triggered if something doesn't go my way and even end up rage quitting because i couldn't block the attacks that get me. I'm very inpatient but my heart is racing like crazy meanwhile because i don't want to lose, perhaps its really because i define myself on my rank like "if i lose i am bad".

I know this is crazy, but I main Asuka Kazama, Lili de Rochefort, Ling Xiaoyu, Azucena Oritz, and Reina Mishima.

I hope Jinx wins xD. I’m a Jinx main and she’s just so crazy!! People get so trolled by the chompers, and her voice lines are so silly like when she sings about Vi being a loser LOL! She’s super random but also smarter than she looks, just like me xD

I'm probably in the minority here where I never had a difficulty in choosing a primary main. My method is rather weird lol. I play all the characters in arcade/story mode at least once to get a taste of their move sets, then see whose fighting style fits my inner personality that I hardly show on the surface - anger, aggression and/or craving for supernatural destruction to all bad things. I need a character who can channel the said personalities whenever I play. So I tend to choose monsters and robots, as well as anyone who has an aggressive move set but can be managed easily on the controller. I don't care about juggle spams, I play the Tekken games my way. This is why in Tekken 8, Jack-8 is my main, currently in Fujin before hitting the rank wall (and hell). In other TK games, I tend to use Jacks, Devil Jin, Heihachi, Kazuya (still failing to pull off multiple EWGFs), the two Ogre forms etc. I was gonna use Paul but his move set is kinda tricky for me. Xiaoyu became my secondary main since TK7, as her move set became more and more aggressive in each Tekken game and her moves have a good rhythm, so she is cool to play in my book (and she's quite hot in TK7 and 8). Likewise for Asuka.

so the inputs for the combo aren't all what is shown in the actual combo being done... To fix it, it's: 5M > 6H > 2H > 2H > 9hH > 5M > 6H > hS2 > 5S2 > 5S2

this guides good but what your 3 min vids are missing, imo, is what simplified streetfighter for me - if you give people an answer to specific situations as a gameplan (eg - "in neutral, poke with this and use this to AA, and for light punishes do this, and bigger punishes do this) with the notation on screen. your vids are good and i think you may pop off from this games guides and covering the game. good luck man subbed

What does the H in front of the S1 mean? Does it stand for hold?

You should put the inputs for those combos on another part of the screen because when you pause the video the progress bar is directly over the input display.
