hi! this is my first longer style video where i had the opportunity to receive and review these new osume switches. i am not paid to say anything in particular; all thoughts and opinions are my own. all tests with the osume switches were done with the factory lube.
i did also get a new mic since the last video - this was recorded using the electro voice re20. i did not modify the audio at all in post this time around either. if you have any questions, let me know!

Ooo, really contemplating getting the matchas. What would you say they are most similar to?
they have a large bump similar to U4T's but slightly aggressive

some corrections: sakura switches are also long pole according to their website listing and root beer floats* are the last tactile in the comparison

scotch blue painters tape, any painters/masking tape does the job though

is there no interference with gat yellow to cherry profile keycaps?
these are the pro series to be specific. they have a slightly updated mold supposedly to help prevent interference afaik. there wasnt any interference with this setup from what i recall, but ive heard a variety of different answers.

i personally prefer the kbd67 lite. though for the price difference, gas67 is still a pretty good choice. im also located in canada and couldn't find any local vendors for it at the time but i know keebmonkey (ships from china) and drop currently offer them, not sure where else.

Do you edit the typing audio before synchronize it? Like noise reduction.
yes. i record audio and video separately, apply noise reduction to get rid of some hiss, raise or lower the db, then combine the two together
Those are cherry profile right? Is there any interference with those switches since its orth facing keyboard?
they are. i havent found any interference problems with this setup as a lot of the newer gateron housings use an updated design that help prevent switch interference with cherry profile keycaps. do note though, not all cherry profile keycaps have interference either.
@@sushikotypes would ktt roses,ktt mallo,milky yellow pro have interference with gmk clones?or just good quality keycaps?
@@miyou3playz_yt389 havent tried ktt roses or mallo's so im unsure there. in theory, you should be fine with the milky yellow pros or any long pole switches though... side note, nearlucid used mint chocolate chip switches in his build and had interference still with gmk keycaps
@@sushikotypes yea gmks are way thicker, so even long pole couldnt save them sometimes. Same goes for any thick pbt set like 21kb/XMI. From what i've seen gateron switches with north facing logos, such as the cjs oil king and gateron yellow pros have updated molds. Though it is interesting to hear that the milky yellow pros works in north facing, as their logo still seems to be south facing
@@corecombat26 im not incredibly familiar of what will or will not cause interference, but i replied a few days after i already sent the board out. from the best of my knowledge, it didnt have interference, but dont take my word for it lol
