    Ingredients --- • 1 cup Plant-Based Milk • 1 scoop (25g) Sunwarrior Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder • 3 tablespoons Chia Seeds • 1/2 cup Plain or Vanilla Vegan Unsweetened Yogurt • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Instructions --- 1. Mix the Milk and Protein Powder: In a small bowl or a mason jar, combine 1 cup Plant-Based Milk with 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder. Whisk until the protein powder is fully dissolved with no chunks. 2. Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in 3 tablespoons Chia Seeds, 1/2 cup Vegan Vanilla Unsweetened Yogurt, 2 teaspoons maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, stirring until everything is well combined. 3. Let it sit: After mixing, let the pudding sit for 5 minutes, then give it another whisk. 4. Chill: Cover the bowl or jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for the best texture. 5. Check Consistency: After it’s chilled, give the pudding a quick stir. If it feels too thick, add a little more milk and stir again. Adjust to your liking. 6. Top: Now add your favorite toppings!     Ingredients --- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp granulated, brown sugar, or coconut sugar 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice mix 1/4 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt 3 tbsp pumpkin puree 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp unsweetened dairy-free milk (soy, oat, etc.) 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract Instructions --- 1. Grease a mug or ramekin with a bit of oil or cooking spray. 2. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, pumpkin spice mix, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in the mug or ramekin. 3. Add the pumpkin puree, oil, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients in the mug. 4. Mix until smooth. Microwave your mug for 120 seconds. If needed, add additional time in 20-second intervals until the cake texture is done to your liking, but make sure not to overcook. 5. Top with toppings if you choose. 6.     Ingredients: • 1/2 cup water • 2 chai tea bags • 3/4 cup plant-based milk • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree • 2 tbsp + 1 tsp maple syrup • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice • 1/8 tsp cardamom • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt Instructions: Heat the Water: Heat 1/2 cup of water until just boiling (about 200°F). Add Chai Tea Bags: Remove from heat and add two chai tea bags or 1 tablespoon loose-leaf chai tea (if using loose-leaf, place it in a tea infuser). Steep: Let steep for 5-7 minutes to extract all the flavors (depending on how strong you like it). Squeeze the tea bags for maximum flavor (if using). Mix Pumpkin Ingredients: In a small saucepan, whisk 3/4 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and 1/8 teaspoon cardamom (don't add vanilla extract or salt yet). Warm the Pumpkin Mixture: Place the saucepan with the pumpkin mixture on a stovetop over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture is hot, but not boiling (when small bubbles start forming around the edges). Combine Everything: Combine the brewed chai tea with the pumpkin mixture. Add the 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and the pinch of salt. Use a milk frother or whisk to blend everything until it’s nice and frothy. Note: Don't have a milk frother or a whisk? Blend your pumpkin chai tea latte on medium-high for ~30 seconds. Serve: Pour the latte into your favorite mug, and if you’re feeling it, top with coconut whipped cream and a light sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!

    These look really good! I wonder would it still be good if I sub out the chia seeds for hemp hearts (hemp seed)?

      Thanks so much! Hemp seeds are a great option, just keep in mind they won't thicken the oats quite like chia seeds. They’ll also add a touch of nutty flavor. Hope you love it! ❤️

    🍌 Banana Overnight Oats! A healthy, easy, and seriously delicious breakfast! 👇 • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats • 1/2 milk (I use almond) • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (I use unsweetened) • 1 banana (mashed with a fork) • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional) • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 1/8 tsp cinnamon • pinch sea salt 1. combine all ingredients in a glass 2. refrigerate overnight!       I’m so sorry to hear! This is typically a nice firm loaf. Did you use the flax egg? It acts as a binder, but you could definitely use an egg instead if you prefer. 😊
