Hey man. Been following your videos for a week now. I wanna know what you did to be able strengthen for pull ups because I’ve been doing pull up exercises for a month now for everyday and it still seems impossible to get a pull up. Do you have any tips?
You can do shoulder pull ups yo strengthen the muscles around your shoulders. Also make sure you prioritize rest and keeping a clean diet. You can also work your back in various ways using machines like a lat pull down or high row

Come on man you can’t be serious count some of those pull ups when you’re jerking your chin above the bar just to count it as a rep ! That doesn’t count !!!!! Your 1st couple of sets were much better you weren’t jerking like that to get your chin above the bar

Great work man, keep it up! 2 tips, 1 - alternate push ups and pull ups so you get rest between sets, you'll work your muscles better, 2 - definitely take rest days, that much intensity every day will see reeaallly slow gains, you only get stronger on rest days as your muscles have time to grow, even with loads of protein and creatine. Maybe 3 days on, 1 day off would work for you. Otherwise, just keep up the great work 💪

No crazy diet I just stay away from processed foods honestly and make sure I hit my protien goal with good foods like eggs, fish and meat

do you do any prehab\stretching etc? Whenever i tried to do a streak like this i end up getting a twinge in the shoulder after a few days. idk how you guys do it.
I don’t but I really should I definitely get some shoulder clicks but nothing painful. Don’t be like me though I’d highly suggest warming up is any way possible before doing stuff like this

my friend try to open more your arms, that way its easier to do more reps, I dont mean too too wide, I just mean, I a way like your forearms are complete in 90 degrees to the floor, or parallel to the body, check out the strongest calisthenics athlete in pull up they do that (check out FLOMAREC channel or Saibov) they do the reps like that. also I do that. but great video
