Could you see about making a MKX style Scorpion? The more I look at the Noob Saibot head, he really does look like MKX Scorpie. If only McFarlane had the rights to also do action figures of designs from Mortal Kombat (2011 reboot) and Mortal Kombat X.

Very seldom arms are too long. Maybe Pattinson has short arms like Affleck and that is why you wanted shorter arms on this one. In short long limbs look great.
