i used to make fun of asmr, especially the female comforts you type of videos. but the past 6 months of my life have been nothing but addiction and isolation. i have lost everyone and myself. now i cannot help myself from watching these sort of videos and bawling my eyes out every night before i sleep. hearing someone tell me they care for me and love me makes me feel a sensation that rattles my entire body. i don’t know what i am going to do. no matter how much time passes or how much therapy i can’t shake it. i can’t help myself from breaking every promise i make to others and myself. i know what people admired about me isn’t gone. i know there is a way to become the better version of myself that i was so proud of again. i want to make others and myself proud. thank you for bringing me comfort. i’m proud of all the process you are making and i hope you are continuing to do well.

I need help

Just found the channel today after i got cheated on last weekend, its been rough but thanks for putting a smile on my face with some of these audios anyway ^^, saw the "neko BATTLES YOU" title and was like this is gonna be cute/funny , and did not disappoint in either aspect lol, i definitely struggle with like fear of abandonement and loneliness a fair bit and overall mentally not been doing too great for a long period but i think im heading in the right direction. Starting to more and more appreciate the smaller things which is an angle i didnt really see in the past, and trying to slowly build a future i can be happy with step by step, I got quite lucky earlier this year landing my first job and have some great coworkers/boss so its always a good environment and i think that helps a ton too. I'm not the best at advise but i do hope everything is going alright even if im just discovering the channel, don't let the world keep you down, you got this ❤

It’s basically this “10 likes is a lot, imagine if 10 people came up to you JUST to compliment you” now you have thousands of people coming up to you and complimenting you. So when you’re feeling down or relapsing, I hope this comes to mind and helps you get through it. I just watched your other video where you vented and related to everything you talked about. im glad to hear youre doing well now and hope you never have to deal with this shit ever again
