Crash, yes , but great piloting to flutter down stalling instead of cratering at high speed.

flutter does not happen at slow speeds flutter is a problem you encounter at vne and above; there just was not enough elevator authority and it becomes a problem of energy dissipation and inertia. the elevator did not provided enough force to change the attitude; probably elevator failed outright(servo or linkage) or the inertia of the dive was too large for the force produced by elevator.

The bigger the model, the more people needed to carry the wreckage.

Definitely not a stall when you don't see the underside of the wing.

Wow, that A10 is spectacular, whose ever that is, I almost thought it was also a turbine! 😂 Appreciate the film time on it and the thrust vectoring Avanti! Was hoping to see Ralph there with his big F4 Jolly Rodgers so I could fly my "baby" F4 Jolly, but maybe some other time. 🤗

Unwatchable garbage. Stopped watching after 40 seconds. Creepy, cringe worthy intro, fuzzy sound, music blaring, cuts every 2 seconds. Over produce trash. I hope no one paid to have this video made.

The event was a blast, best we've had in a while. Helped that we got the best 5 days of weather we've had in months, clear skies, in the 70's with winds either dead calm or max of 10-15. Fernando, you got some great videos and pieced them together masterfully, as always. 🤙 Gave a great representation of the aircraft and outstanding pilots attending.

Outstanding Work Captain F, thanks for showcasing the event. Wouldn't have been complete without you! 🤙 Our best event in a while, limited to 50 pilots (from all over Fl, the Caribbean & C/S America) with max of 3 flying at any one time. Got lucky with the best 5 days of weather we've had in months! 48 of those pilots were flying outstanding turbines, with 2 crazy enough to enter that "shark invested water" with EDF's, but the exceptional turbine pilots gave them plenty of airspace (no doubt trying to keep from losing their multi million dollar aircraft by skewering a "mosquito"! 😜

It did look as though he pushed the elevator stick then pulled it as he realised he his mistake, I have seen it happen with people that are not regular fliers or still learning as lots of beginners think you push the stick for up and pull for down.

camera person has one job. and they should be fired. the elevator failed, due to the high speed dive, resulting in the up and down flutter and impacting the ground. people should fly slow planes the way they were intended.. not everything needs to go super fast close to the ground.

One year for Christmas I asked for Balsa wood to make a control line airplane with. I got one piece of wood about 3/16 thick, 24 inches long and 3 inches wide. Did I tell you my father was an arse hat? But not to be detrude I cut a wing out of the wood that was 8 or 9 inches long, 2 struts to put an elevator on and an elevator about 6 inches length and 1 inch wide. Of course I made the fire wall out of a piece of hard wood I found in the garage. Screwed a Cox .049 to it and it was a screamer. Do a loop in about a foot and a half. Only got into one dog fight with it. Some guy we knew had a wing, nice one. Let a friend of mine at the controls and when both planes got going My friend got the perfect angle and drove him into the ground. Yep fun times.

This thing has a larger engine than a motorcycle I'm looking at.... lol, I'll say it hurt me seeing him crash that but what caused him to lose control right there? Was there a burst of wind or something else I couldn't see? Anyhoo, I'm starting to like these birds.

If you know this on the plane was flying it’s almost flying nose down the due to the engine wasn’t set off on the right angle that’s why when he throttled he couldn’t control the plane if you noticed coming down, he punched the gas and that’s one one into the ground math, geometry, math, and geometry
