@gatersontour There are several routes up, apparently. One from Great Ayton, which is fairly easy, one which takes you up the back of the Topping from the car park at Gribdale Gate. The other options were the way we went. We parked at Newton under Roseberry car park and took the route through the woods to the shooting box. It wasn't easy but easier than the path that goes straight up. There is another route from that car park that takes you through the woods to the farm and then onto the topping. Nick and Jill at GenXplorers are the folks to speak to, I think they've attacked it from all angles.

We usually would have gone for it but a resident said don't go so pub it was ha ha. Aww you too have a great weekend. We are in middleharnis tomorrow back to Rotterdam ❤️

@gatersontour they do milk tourism in these remote places. Annoyingly, the fish probably had less financial cost to catch that fish, and get it to the customer ,than anywhere else in the UK. That's me though, Id have been moaning about that for a good week! 🤣
