Nice set up. Can you tell me is that a Sullivan cone? The Sullivan/Miller starter I received had a different cone configuration and my SkyWing 120 size cone bottomed out on it. Yours looks like a better option. Just noticed that your rubber handle is also different from mine. Mine has a foam handle. But it does work fine. Used it on my GP123 and works fine with an 80C 6 cell lipo.

Howdy Jake, My Longmill 48x30 is on order. I too am very interested in earning at least enough to pay for the machine and all its consumables. Since I see you are making A/C parts, I have a few of questions: 1. Since I am a pilot, I know some materials must meet FAA specs. Are you able to easily source these materials? 2. Are you required to follow any special procedures, licensing, workplace/facility rules? This is a fabulous avenue for earning!!! Thanks for any insights you can share. I appreciate you sharing this valuable information, as I’m getting ready to begin my sbach342 build. Its my first. What I don’t get is, Why on earth would anyone put music in explanation videos. I’m a professional video editor and I would not do that, and if for some reason I had to, I would use side-chain compression. Anyway my personal opinion is over now lol, thanks for the video.

Nice for myself I don’t really see a need for a setup like this I just grab my charger in and go. I mostly charge prior to going to the field so rarely charge more that one pack at a time at the field

I have a 98 5.9 gasser that I'm having this issue with, I've gone through all the wiring and patched up the exposed wiring. I've token out the o/d button, clean both ends. I've Beefed up ground points and improved the electrical current flow. And I've even taken it the a shop to have it rebuilt with a proshift and tow package! NOTHING IS WORKING to get my dam o/d to turn back on and work

Just a note on the tail rotor and why its on the right side, when the prototype is on the left. The prototypes main rotor turns counter clockwise and scale turns clockwise. This would be easy enough to reverse the motor and flip the blades. Then turn the tail rotor so its on the left side. The only hiccup is the control arm, its now top side. A mirror image of the control arm made on the 3d printer ? Im building a 700 and found a tailrotor unit on aliexpress that is built to be on the left side. My 500 i just built it on the wrong side like most people do. Ok i just checked aliexpress. The reverse L arm tail unit is for 550 600 and 700 size T.T. helicopter. Its about $72.00

I built two of these one gas motor and one huge giant electric motor on 8s exact same planes I been in the hobby for three years and only own 4 foam store bought horizon hobby planes I love my balsa planes they look way better and fly way better and enjoy building them and I'm 30 my dad used to build them back in the early 2000 when I was young and he flew airplanes for a while and stopped and then about 3 or 4 years ago I started flying and then I got really big in the building the balsa planes cuz there's so much fun to build especially when you got a nice laser cut kit for everything jigs together and you don't have to pin it to the plans that's real nice but the easiest way I've ever built has got to be the flight test simple Cub balsa version

Cleaning the switch contacts and connectors will sometimes correct this problem. A needle file and electrical contact spray should do it. File the male/female connections and spray/wipe the internal switch contacts.

How is the build coming along? Is the fuselage the Roban 600 size? I’m thinking of doing a scale build with an xl power 550 and wasn’t quite sure what size fuselage to buy
