Beautiful!
What shampoo do you use? Do you refresh your hair before wash day?
@@tyking7841 I have 3 shampoos in my rotation and use them according to what my hair needs. 1. Clarifying shampoo 2. Dandruff shampoo 3. Moisturizing shampoo I do refresh my hair by misting it with water 💦 in the shower every few days. Because I use grease I don’t need to reapply any more grease until after I have washed my hair again. I Only apply grease on freshly washed hair while it’s still wet/damp.
I can be sitting alone in a room and not be bored. I’m never really bored!
@@traciwilliams5673 I know what you mean 💜. I enjoy being alone as well, but I’ve recently learned to embrace some “boredom”.
the very best advice i received is 1) always pay yourself first 2) save consistently 3) earn consistently 4) live below your means
@@epd0126 🌟🌟🌟🌟 4 star advice right there! That’s all the pieces to the finance puzzle 🧩 lol 😂
I have short hair and wet it in the shower daily. In the winter, I top my leave in w grease (blue magic castor oil). I had long natural hair most of my life, grease & water were staples from the start.
Beautiful!
So no conditioner ?
@@no-elno-elno-el yes to conditioner! I don’t deep condition my hair unless it’s needed. I do use a leave in and hair grease. 🤍
Stunning hair Gorgeous woman!!! I will try this!

@thatwildethunderchild I understand about losing sleep while watching dramas. My cartoon of choice is anything anime. I also love kdrama, jdrama and cdrama. I am at peace with how I look and always get compliments on my gray natural hair. Keep doing what you are doing. Your hair looks amazing😅.
@@gwendolynrhett-dm3wt Finally!!! Not many people my age are into anime or any of the dramas you mentioned 😁😅. I’m so glad you are enjoying your gray natural hair. It really is a unique look. 🤍
I don’t budget my hair care I just get the least expensive highest quality moisturizing hair products from TJ Max and castor, rosehip, olive and avocado oil from the grocery store. And she’s butter from the African store.
@@EmpressWanderlust that’s great that you focus on quality products 😁! I forgot about places like TJ Max carrying affordable quality hair products! Thanks for your response. 🤍

Gurl....LOVE CHEAPNESS!!! YES, GREAS- I make my way own now.....but I use the grease and conditioner overnight for detangling and conditioning....its been a GAME CHANGER. Admittedly, I wash/deep conditioner my hair every couple of months and cleaning my scalp with hair teas and aloe vera. Moisturising twice a week with a leave in, grease and oil... Amazing and very healthy. I am wearing mini twists
@@Empress121 it’s definitely a win 🥇 to find a product that is reasonably priced AND works for our hair 😁

Great video!! Your hair is beautiful!! I love your process; it's similar to what I do now. I have one hair grease, but I might need another in my rotation. I love the smell of the Softee Mango Butter. I haven't budgeted my hair products in the past, but I am now. Thanks so much for this video, and enjoy your weekend!!🤗💖🌻
@@simply.evelyn thank you so much for stopping by Mrs. Evelyn! 🤍🌻 The softer does have a gentle smell. I don’t think I noticed it the first few times I have used it. 😁 I recently started paying attention to the price of my products and as soon as I would find something cheaper that either worked just as well or better I was swapping out old ‘staples’. 😅
Thank you!! I’m thinking I may need to wash every two weeks as well. 😅🌺
@@A_Wilson don’t be afraid to experiment 🤍. The key thing for keeping my hair from being dry and my scalp from being itchy is rinsing my hair in the shower every few days. I do work out so rinsing keeps the hair healthy in between the shampoo every 2 weeks. . When I rinse my hair in the evenings my hair is dry by the time I wake up so there is no water damage.
@@A_Wilson I just wanted to add that I do NOT reapply grease on the rinse days. I only use grease after shampoo process. 😊

Your hair is beautiful! 🥰 How often do you wash your hair using this method? I’m having to get reacquainted with hair grease and I’m trying to find the right intervals to washing. I want to stretch it to three weeks, but I’m not sure if that’s feasible. I used to stretch for weeks using Shea butter, but Shea butter is not an option for me anymore.

Most people don't know this but Franco Columbu's book "Winning Bodybuilding" was published in the 1970s, which predates the widespread popularization of Bruce Lee's strength training methods in the West. Columbu had previously incorporated the exercise into his routine waayy before people even linked it to Bruce.Columbu was known for his strength and training techniques, and he presented the Dragon Flag as part of his workout regimen,in the book Winning Bodybuilding . Bruce Lee could have encountered Franco Columbu performing the Dragon Flag or detailed descriptions of it in a bodybuilding magazine or elsewhere. By the 1970s, bodybuilding magazines and fitness publications were becoming increasingly popular, and Lee was known to study various training techniques from a wide range of sources, including martial arts, gymnastics, and bodybuilding. Bruce Lee was highly interested in physical fitness and training methods outside of traditional martial arts. He sought to blend different techniques and philosophies to enhance his own training regimen. This openness to different styles means he could have come across Columbu's work, either directly or through the influence of the fitness culture of the time. Given the interconnected nature of fitness communities and the sharing of training techniques, it's plausible that Lee could have incorporated exercises like the Dragon Flag into his training after seeing them practiced by others, including prominent bodybuilders like Columbu. This reflects how fitness practices can evolve and be shared among athletes from different disciplines
