That chain is not goin to stay on, have yall thought about that? As you hit bumps or more weight is added its going to get loser, at times the slack will be too much i think, i heard yall talk about a tensioner it might work im waiting to see!!!

If you're not taking the tilt mechanism apart to repair it then do not take the top allen bolt off as it says in this video - only remove the lower one and you may need to loosen the top one. The lower one connects the helm shaft and the upper one holds the shaft seen in the video. There are moon-shaped "shims" that will fall out freely if you remove the upper allen bolt from the tilt mechanism and then you will have to disassemble the whole unit - great if you're repairing or greasing it, but a pain in the neck if the shim drops out of the egg assembly that holds the upper shaft.

That's a cvt not a "torque converter "

I cut through the exposed copper wires with a cut off wheel, and then I was able to easily press the shaft out of the motor.

Check ebay for the header pipe I got one for my honda gx 13 hp gx 390 and carb has a side adapter , i just happened to make my own.

WHich fuel pump did u use , electric or vacum type. The only thing with vacul type I don't know where to hook up hose, and the electric is pumps too much gas and overflows carb... thats my dilema .... If any suggestion let me know please

Where did you get just the tweeter at all I can find are the full housings for them I just need the tweeters..

You do not need to take the tilt part off. Just unscrew the 4 corner bolts and 2 hoses underneath. Once you have the unit out you can remove the small allen head screws and disassemble the unit.

Remove the governor at least cause that thing is gonna go slow with that gear ratio and only reving at 3600rpm. And why would u want it to look stock as possible I personally prefer all the after market parts not only douse it look better but it performs better
