Yin Yoga for Hangovers / Jet Lag / Extreme Fatigue | Beginner Friendly Full Body Yoga
Sometimes we just overdo it.
Sometimes we’re completely exhausted.
Either way it feels nice to bring some gentle movement into the body to help move the stuck, heavy energy.
I created this sequence to help bring restoration and relaxation to the body, calm the mind, and alleviate the spirit.
We do gentle twists, hip openers, low back decompression, and restorative forward folds.
Use this practice any time you’re feeling overtired, sick, or hungover.

    Wow - I started feeling calmer almost instantly, and I still feel that relaxation in the acupressure points around the eyes. This is powerful stuff; thank you so much Kat! I also really appreciate the finger tapping, which is new for me.
