Feedback here. Before Beatles😊
Die zweitbeste Band nach den Beatles und Stones von der britischen Insel.
It is easy to forget that, once upon a time, most of the population was quite slim.
Hello, I'm not the lead singer from the Kinks.
My favorite Kinks song. Helped bring the Soviet Union down when their youth heard............"You and me we're free............We do as we please - from morning, till the end of the day." No it wasn't the CIA - it was the Kinks.
DAVE never lets Ray down, coming up with the best ever guitar breaks when required , he cuts through every time
Super Great n I'm 74 yes old... young.
When pop was pop & rock was rock!
The best
That London is long gone ... never to return.
Coming to Iran.
I had the privilidge to grow up withese fabulous songs.
Define withese.
Sunny also bought me here
music today is so much better. especially the accountant crows.
I think I see the Ronettes in there 🤔
To my ears, this incredible tune sounds like it's from 1965 - 1966 -- like a terrific amalgam of Motown and swingin' London during the Mod era. I never left this one behind!
someone can get the lyrics in english?
Un hit de psychpop french,al estilo Serge Gainsboug,me encanta!
The guy in the plaid shirt is a young Oliver Reed in a film called ‘Beat Girl’ around 1960
What a brilliant film to accompany a classis song. Hats off to whoever produced it.
Great bit of nostalgic. Spotted a young Oliver Reed, dancing. But who's the blonde? Diana Dors?

Himmelsacra, hatten die damals Weiber! (-innen)
Can't compare this to the 21st century. Waiting in line at the local music store, for the latest Beatles 45. The Kinks were good for a while, but they were wicked Gay.
Saying a woman is "hot" is treating her like a thing. The women in the 60's were very feminine. Lovely clothes, shoes, normal hair - all very natural & pretty. Now what passes for beauty is fake eyelashes, fake tans, face piercings, weird unnatural eyebrows, skin-tight leggings that draw attention to a woman's private area & bottom, no air of mystery, tattoos & weird coloured hair - oh and everyone using bad language. And girls getting absolutely wasted with drink (which would not happen then). We had more respect for ourselves. And it's all ME ME ME now with selfies etc We are living in a truly ugly age in many ways. I hate it & miss the "old days".
Comme en France ,Hélas
Crikey, a bit harsh. But you're right, of course. ❤
0:27 Do you know here name?
Every time I listen to this song I just think that the first note of the guitar and bass in the introduction is not timed right. Is this something like how they really wanted to play this song and record it?
this is so incredible
absolutely beautiful and ethereal

So grandma was a skank?
Reminds me of Monty Python's trim jeans theater.
You've even got the delightful Twiggy in there. Pity about all the b&w footage from a decade earlier. Some sort of jazz band and a look that's all wrong.
die Figuren der Damen waren einfach perfekt, nicht so schwammige Hoppeleier wie heutzutage!
My parents' house backed onto a mews lane which contained all the garages (the frontages were uncluttered by driveways). One day in the mid-sixties, we children walked the length of the mews listening for a "garage band" à la Kinks, so that we could report our scoop to the local paper.
Britain before the dinghy invasion !!
How this group went on to record 'Apeman' I'll never know.
Great days 😎
Unsere Oma's waren schon heiß 😂
