Hi, we are Lee and Jen and love going away in our motorhome @Luna@, hiking & biking fun x
Chatsworth Classic Ibiza
What an amazing weekend we had visiting the lovely Chatsworth House and Estate whilst getting ready for the event, Classic Ibiza.
We did a tour of the house, went for a bike ride over to Bakewell where we bought a Traditional Bakewell Pudding, then we returned for the night out.
We highly recommend Classic Ibiza, absolutely amazing music, great event and will be going again next year.

High Greg Farm - Cumbria (New Bike Weekend)
Переглядів 842 місяці тому
Exciting day for Jen as she got to pick up her new ebike from @biketreksings what a great store. The staff are so knowledgeable and I cannot recommend them enough. I am not the most confident of cyclist but they helped me choose the right bike for me and ensured it was all set up ready to go. We then could not wait to take it out for its maiden ride(Lee got an upgraded full suspension ebike a c...

We visited Mosergh Farm, a CL Site from the Caravan & Motorhome Club. An excellent camp site just off the beaten track with stunning views. Jenni did a hike on her own and I joined her the next day on a bike ride to view some new bikes in Ings and Staveley. An excellent weekend with stunning weather to suit. We stayed at Tebay Services Campsite and also Bellingham Camping & Caravan site, we woke up to cloud and mist. We decided to give our legs a run out on the e-bikes, having not been on them since Nov and are planning on a big ride out the following day. We did a circular route from the site to the south of Bellingham, taking in Wark, Birtley & Redesmouth. A lovely route over the moors using quie...
France Road Trip - Part 6 (Final) Beaune, Troyes & Epernay
Переглядів 1596 місяців тому
Left the French Riviera and started our journey back home. We had an early start as wanted to get in a fairly long driving day and then slow down daily miles before our tunnel crossing, knowing the UK leg would be the most gruelling. We managed to get half way through France before stopping at Beaune. We stayed at the Camping Municipal Les Cent Vignes. Plenty of spacious pitches which were secl...
France Road Trip - Part 5 Nice & Monaco

We moved further along the Cote de Azure staying just outside Nice at Parc Des Maurettes. Was a little worried in approaching the site and the area is quite Commercialised, however the site itself is lovely. We have a huge fully serviced pitch which is south facing but lovely trees provide a nice shady area. It is 400mts to the sea, supermarket and train station (which was part of the reason we...
Castlerigg Farm - Keswick November 2023
Переглядів 4907 місяців тому
Woke up to a damp, cloudy day so the hiking boots and waterproofs on and out we went. We walked from the site towards Keswick then picked up the trail towards Latrigg, a moody walk with the weather but the autumn colours shone through. We made it to the top and decided to go further and climb up Lonscale Fell. It was a steep climb but on a well defined path, which we were grateful for as visibi...
France Road Trip - Part 4 Saint Tropez
Переглядів 3018 місяців тому
What a stay in Saint Tropez ! We walked to Port Grimaud to catch the ferry to Saint Tropez they run hourly and cost €16 pp return. Advice get there early ! We arrived 30 mins before the 10:35 departure and we were the last two to get on that time slot. Anybody else in the queue would have to wait an hour for the next. Loved the crossing passing the mega yacht’s OMG 🛥️ the size and wealth. Had a...
France Road Trip - Part 3 Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Переглядів 1,8 тис.9 місяців тому
What a stopover we have had. Jen has always wanted to go wine 🍷tasting in France 🇫🇷 and what better place than at a vineyard is her absolute favourite wine ‘chateauneuf-du-Pape’ we are staying at Domaines Mousset and whilst it is ‘wild’ camping we are among the vineyards and olive trees. We cycled into the lovely village where there are wine shops a plenty - Jen is wine heaven, there is even a ...
France Road Trip - Part 2 Annecy
Переглядів 48410 місяців тому
We spent a lovely time strolling and cycling around the very pretty Annecy, it was market day so there was a real hustle & bustle and it was lovely to take in the sights & smells of fresh produce being sold. We had a lunch out sampling locally caught fish and local wine and even chartered a motor boat 🛥️ with captain Lee at the helm. It was great to take in the views from the surrounding area f...

What a 24hrs hours ? Set off yesterday very excited to begin our 3 week French adventure. It started so well, first stop weigh-bridge to check payload and high five 🖐🏻 to Mr D we were under. Brilliant. Drove 16 miles when Lee realised he didn’t have the keys for the bikes which were in the garage of Luna all locked up🙈. Had to turn around to get them. Back on track onwards and upwards, that is ...
Wales Trip - Final Part Lady Margaret's Park Chirk
Переглядів 195Рік тому
Our final campsite on the tour of Wales. This time we stopped at Lady Margaret's Park campsite club site near Chirk. The area is great for cycling and walks, with the local aqueducts and canal crossing over amazing scenery. A very much welcome stop just before we headed home.
Wales Trip - Part 4 St Davids, Tenby & Freshwater
Переглядів 137Рік тому
Arrived at St Davids allowing us to view a glorious sunset along with a walk to Whitesands bay. We then drove to a site called Rivendell in the village of Reynalton just a few miles from Tenby. We had glorious sunshine so after a spot of lunch, we headed out on the bikes. We cycled towards Carew, Pembroke and towards Freshwater West. This will be where Harry Potter, Ron and Hermione buried Robb...
Wales Trip - Part 3 Bargoed Farm & New Quay
Переглядів 615Рік тому
The 3rd leg of our Welsh tour, this time heading to the West Coast for New Quay whilst also stopping off at an amazing campsite Bargoed Farm. This site had an on pitch hot tub that was well worth a stop over. The most luxurious stay so far. We then headed into New Quay where I managed to get my much needed hair cut! but more importantly I we dolphins in the sea. A spectacular view. Finally we h...

Keswick weekend away - Derwent Water and Cat Bells walk
Fabulous scenery,I felt like i was on the journey with you ,great filming, Glad there was hardly anyone around on the campsite to enjoy the peace. Good luck with your new bike when you pick it up Jenni . Hope you get yours soon Lee hehe
Just found your channel, fantastic.
Thanks and welcome. Hope you enjoy the channel, we’re just amateurs at this but hope it helps others.
Not to be confused with Bargoed town near Caerphilly.
Love the Vlog, really good quality content. I plan to do a similar itinerary next year for my 60th, just need to add in cap ferrat.
Thank you for the kind words. You’ll love this area of France, it’s great. Hope you have a superb holiday.
It's good to see Keswick again. Great place to be. Fresh
Hi we have just come across your videos and perfect timing too as we are actually doing a similar route for the very first time in June! Dijon, Annecy and Port Grimaud. Can’t wait!
You’ll have a great time Annecy was Jen’s favourite, so pretty but the French Riviera is also stunning. Look out for our next video as we head towards Nice, taking in Antibes, Cannes, Monaco, Eze and St Paul du Vence. Fabulous x
choon 😂 Saint Tropez is a very nice part of the world. The coastal drive is fantastic too although you can easily get stuck behind shower vehicles. Like motorhomes haha 😅 You'll love Monaco as well. Such a treat to go there. I had to do an F1 track walk. It's just like the games! Happy travels!
Looks absolutely stunning, we'll be heading that way enroute to Alps next year... enjoy
Looks like it really good for cyclists. Any idea whether the "proper" cycle tracks go all the way around the lake? What time of year was it? BTW... a friend of mine is also very find of CNduP.. Being a Sunderland fan, he wasn't happy when I explained that Chateau Neuf translates to New Castle.
Ha ha it was a real treat. There is only a short section around lake Annecy which is on the road. The majority is the cycle track or cycle lanes on the road. We felt very safe as the roads were quiet. We visited end of Sept (last week) it was great really recommend.

Well done Jenni its a beautiful walk
Been to Southport once, need to go again as tbh we did nt have time to have a good look around
beautiful scenery
Great look around video guys, just subscribed as well 🙂
Thank you :) more content to follow this weekend / early next week.
Another good video.....the site looks very well equipped so is it now charging for metered electric or is the cost still included in the pitch price?
Hi, during our visit, the electric hook up was included in the pitch fee. There was no mention of electric metering. Hope this helps. Cheers. Lee
Pity you didnt say the names of the motorhomes you showed
Hi, thank you for the comment, it’s really good feedback and was something I recognised when editing the video. So what I’ve done instead is added chapters to the video so you can see which vans relate to each time point on the video. Hope this helps. Lee
@@LeeJenMotorhomescapes Thanks Lee
This was a great video. You guys did a good job of showing the interiors of some of these motorhomes.
Great video.....e-bikes do make cycling so much more enjoyable especially when you reach a hill! I assume you store them in your garage when traveling.....we only have a 6m van so spent alot of time at the NEC show looking at options for transporting them in our rear lounge space....not easy! I'd recommend cycling round Kielder reservoir, Dalby Forest and Sutton bank near to where we live. Keep up the filming as the quality of your vlogs really deserve more followers
Hi, thank you for the kind words about our video content. With regards to the eBikes, we love them, we find we can go much further on them than a normal bike and use it as our mode of transport from the motorhome base. You’re correct in that we store them in the garage, when we bought the Motorhome, we specifically chose one with a garage space at the rear, prior to that, we had a caravan and had to strip the bikes to bits to fit them in the boot of the car on top of each other, we put them in bike bags to keep the car clean. It was a real pain. We now store them whilst traveling in the garage upright and on purpose built bike stands that are tied down. I’ll do a video on that in future for you. We’d love to visit Kielder forest, Darby Forest and Sutton bank, thank you for the recommendation. Here’s to future video content :)
@@LeeJenMotorhomescapes Thanks - that would be interesting to see. I must admit to being somewhat jealous of your garage as we currently have to store our two e-bikes on the rear rack - not ideal but there were a few options for internal storage on show at the NEC that might suit our van and avoid having to dismantle them each time....which as you know is a proper faff! Happy Motorhomescaping!
