This should have been an EP
I think Joey, Johnny, Ritchie and CJ would have been the best Ramones lineup if it ever happened
They got their name from Paul McCartney, who back in the 1960s used to book hotel reservations under his alias; Paul Ramone.
Richie Ramone was the Best New Drummer for the RAMONES. Barney Glasgow. 😎
Show Show Show show show show show show
None punk drummer, dickhead Johnny the racist on guitar ,shit sound, not my favourite ramones live stuff tbh..rest in piss Johnny, fkn prick
Richie ramone el mejor baterista y sin duda uno de mis favoritos su velocidad no se compara con la de otro baterista👍🥁🥁🥁
2:27 Johnny Ramone was an asshole, a talented one, but an asshole always. He was playing it wrong by purpose.
La mejor época de los Ramones.
While I actually don’t think Richie is necessarily better than Marky (seriously, Marky is a beast on multiple styles of rock drumming and just fit the band exceptionally well when he stepped right in for Tommy) but damn did he sound good with the band and brought a more relaxed feel with his riding hand
Ramones had potential for being a great band, whst went wrong then?
Good😊❤🎉
🎉
Cheers
O cyfronyo é punk rock q nem eu.
They were still so powerful around this time. Some were ignoring them around this phase of their career.
Marky sucks. Richie and Tommy brought way more to the band. Richie brought them to a different level melodically
Only Ritchie could play 'Wart Hog' properly. Marky just couldn't 'get' that that ultra-quick sequence you hear at 1:16 and 1:20 to work like Ritchie. Marky's attempts at those rolls sounds like he can't quite negotiate the curves and (very) briefly spins off. You can also hear it in 'Durango 95'. Ritchie was probably the best Ramones drummer, but a word must be said for Tommy whose blank 4/4 rhythms were the equivalent of Johnny's poker-faced speed-riffing.
"it's a minor chord, john - it adds suspense...you should try it sometime."
I remember hearing the Ramones in the late 70s, early in college, and could wrap my head around their music. Fast forward to ‘85 and with some friends formed a joke band called “The Rolling Stallones”. Pico, Marco, Ramona, Carlo and Calzone Stallone it tribute to the Ramones.
I don't care what anyone says: DeeDee was the junky heart & soul of RAMONES and the c.j. era was the peak of RAMONES purfedtion.. that IS CJ on drums.. wtf they talking bout? Gabba Gabba Hey
What a bleedin row!
I watched this at the time, its terrible. The Ramones were better than this.
😍
Joey forever! I still cry over his loss sometimes. ❤️❤️❤️🙆♀️
Dee Dee is cool af
Con todo respeto para Tommy y Marky, "carajos" RICHIE es el mejor baterista que tuvo RAMONES🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🇲🇽
Johnny just didn’t like the direction They were becoming a pro band Bring CJ Ramone in and this would have been the best ramones ever
Shut up let them play
Shut up let them play
Johnny and Joey are lost
Yikes - clearly state your words
1, 2, 3, 4...
SHIT.
I loved Richie and he added do much to the band, Marky has his place as a great drummer, he sounded like a train coming at you live. I missed seeing them with Tommy at The Glasgow Apollo as a fourteen year old due to circumstances outside my control but live with Richie they were unstoppable, ultimately their loss he is a special talent

The total epitome of the fuck it's! Bad to the whole ass
Flucking awesome 👌 oh how I wish I could have chased with them all night 🌙 fuck it
Too cool. How amazing is this! ❤
Los ramoooo los ramooo vamos los ramooooo !!!!
Hard to believe that the two original Ramones that couldn't stand each other, would be the ones that played together the longest.
HEY ! Richie was a real great RamoneS drummer 📢🎼🎵🎶🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🖖👍🤙🏻❤
chunnaaaaaaaa.....chu chu chunaaaaaaaaa
Richie Ramone was the best drummer The Ramones ever had. Appart from that, he was more complete than the rest as a musician. He changed the band’s sound for good... You can see a video where he plays jazz with a big band. Period.
Chasing the Night sounds like Social Distortion's Sick Boy.
This is their best lineup, love all the rest but this was their prime. Thankfully Richie is still keeping the music alive!
Richie was the drummer during the summer of 1986 Animal Boy Tour. By far the best concert I ever been to. No other band comes close.
My first of many Ramones gigs was 1986 Animal Boy tour at the Bristol Studio. Absolutely sold out, Ritchie was incredible,so powerful and left a legacy of three perfect albums!!
They should have given him t-shirt money since his name was on them as well.
Ramones fucking Ramones
Richie sin duda fue el mejor baterista, tenía mucha más energía y era más versátil, aunque mi favorito siempre será Tommy
